Loving something you once hated?

Has that ever happened to you?

Those who have similar experience will agree with me that It is indeed possible,

I for example, I hated anything tech, omg, I legit cover my ears when the word tech comes up in a conversation,

Not actual covering, but you get the point 😁

Voilla, I'm now a tech enthusiast,

What is the secret behind the switch you may ask?

There isn't any secrets,
It started when I was making a self examination on how to improve,

And the first thing on my list is write down the things I hated, that may be serving as a stumbling block for my improvement, and possible solutions to it.

To cut the long story short, I realize that the world is evolving, with the help of technology, and for me to stay afloat I need to like tech.

So I began this journey by diving into edtech, (educational technology)

They're many but I'll be sharing 5 tips that helped me take the first step

👉Being a tech detective😄
I widen my horizon, by doing research, reading books, about edtech trends.

👉Get tech savvy,
I watched videos, attended, webinars, seminars, joined online community like , in order to level up.

👉Staying flexible
Remembering that I'm human and I can't know it all.

👉 Building a digital community,
I connected with fellow educators and edtech enthusiasts, created a platform nexus, a place where we can collaborate on new ideas, share insights, engage in productive conversation that drive the edtech revolution forward,
Most importantly, it's a platform created majorly to help many equip themselves with digital skills.


👉Last but not the least, I embrace iteration,
I always keep the iterative process at the back of my mind, the process of learning, unlearning, and relearning.


All these made me realize that "Loving something I once hated isn't so bad after all"😉
