Duties

- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy

- Writing, editing and proofreading content

- Create and manage content across all platforms, including proposals, websites, emails, social media, etc

- Track website, email and social analytics to ascertain and improve content engagement levels

- Collaborating with a content team consisting of graphic designers, videographers, etc

- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas

- Customer interaction and relationship management

- Provide editorial, creative and technical support



Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Highly computer literate

- Understanding of content management systems

- Understanding of email communication and management

- Understanding of social media communication and management

- Understanding of keyword placement and SEO best practices

- Creativity and the ability to develop original content

- Quick learner

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
