When I started this CAC business, I had confidence in my laptop and the fact that I will talk to small business owners around me or even in the market to patronize me but where did that get me? 😏 For almost a year, I struggled to attract customers, words of mouth weren't just enough.
One day, I decided to just shame my shame and started investing in Digital Marketing. With a tight budget but I started small.
I changed my page on FB and Instagram to business page, ran a Facebook ad targeting small business owners and people within the age bracket of my audience. In fact, I paid for an influencer for a sponsored post 😁
I didn't stop there; I used Google My Business to ensure you can also find me around my locality.
This took a drastic change, and I started getting jobs, referrals and I can say the registration I have done and sent to other states are in tents and still counting.
I am just here to share the testament that the power of digital Marketing for small businesses can never be overemphasized.
It's another year and what I will urge you add to selling products online is to build a connection with your audience, stand out in a crowded market and create the experience people want to share.
