Don't be in a hurry to turn off your ads, it's a new ad and meta is still figuring out your key audience. go over your metrics like CPM, CTR, CPR are they going in the right direction??

This is by far the worst ad campaign of my life! Or is it??

After much brainstorming I finally launched my first ad in awhile, with all I know about meta updates I expected quite a bad first day but I got a bloodbath!!

In the first 6 hours of the ad cost per message was 1500, I was shocked! The old me would have turned off the ad immediately! But not today!

I expected the cost per message between 400 to 500 naira on the first day while the ads optimize but 1500? That's ridiculous

But I put emotions aside and persevered. I focused on a few key metrics. First I noticed CPM ( cost per 1000 views) was super high about 2800 and ctr all and ctr were super low, I understood meta was testing new audiences to see where my ads would resonate

This is where a lot of new advertisers panic and cut their ads. Then I noticed something, the CPM kept going down and the ctr all and the ctr kept climbing gradually and slowly

By the end of the first day, CPM was around 1500, which is okay but my goal was below 1000 naira, ctr all is already over 5% (target 7-10%) and ctr is now 0.66 (target is over 1%)

I don't yet know if this ad would be successful, but in the next few days we would see it play out.

There is just one thing you need to understand about making money online, just one thing! Once you understand this, your journey would be easier and much more predictable.

Whichever model you pick, whether ai video automation, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, e-commerce or whatever you pick, they all need one core thing to succeed

You can call it an audience, some call it eyeballs while some call it attention. You must have heard it said that attention is the new currency.

If you can get and keep the attention of a large enough number of people, sooner or later you will make money, it's inevitable like clockwork.

So whatever business model you pick, as an online entrepreneur, you have to figure out how to get attention.

You can grow organically, making content consistently and growing step by step or use paid ads depending on the niche

Whichever way, the target audience is where the money at, getting your message to the right people who want what you are selling

That's why making money online is not a get rich quick scheme, it takes strategy, consistency and planning

Sometimes as a new business owner, it gives a feeling like you have to create a new unique product that hasn't been seen since the world began

This short conversation with chioma ifeanyi-eze made me realize one thing, finding a unique product isn't necessarily about reinventing the wheel or finding a product never seen before

It can also mean finding a product or offering a service better than it was done before

A unique product can also mean adding value to everyday products, it can be making it cheaper, or faster delivery, full warranty or anything that gives more value to the consumer

There's a reason I'm telling you all this before Monday.
It's not just to share my story (though that's part of it).

It's because monday, my new ads launch.
And I want you to understand what's different about them.
These aren't ads I'm running hoping they'll work.

These are ads built on months of learning. Months of failing. Months of studying why Andromeda changed everything.

Every single creative in tomorrow's campaigns was designed with these lessons in mind.
4-6 different angles because I know diversity works.

Clear, concise offers because I know creative clarity matters more than audience targeting.
Mix of static and video because I know different people respond to different formats.
Starting with ₦10-15k daily because I know patience beats rushing.

And underlying all of it? My WhatsApp community as a safety net.
Even if tomorrow's ads fail (which I don't think they will), I still have ₦500k+ monthly from my community.

That's real security.

That's what happens when you don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Tomorrow I'm launching with confidence, not because I'm sure these ads will print ₦2M+ (I'm realistic about rebuilding).

But because I know what I'm doing now.
And I know where my real business lives.
It lives in the people who know, like, and trust me.

The ads are just how I find new people to join that group.
