Your profile may be costing you opportunities without you realizing it.

I just dropped Episode 1 showing you exactly what I changed on my own profile, and why.

Your LinkedIn profile can do more than tell people what you do.It...

I audited my last five posts.

One of them was attracting the wrong audience completely.

It wasn’t obvious at first.
The engagement looked fine.
The impressions looked good.

𝔹𝕦π•₯ π•¨π•™π•–π•Ÿ 𝕀 π•”π•™π•–π•”π•œπ•–π•• π•žπ•ͺ π•ƒπ•šπ•Ÿπ•œπ•–π••π•€π•Ÿ π”Έπ•Ÿπ•’π•π•ͺπ•₯π•šπ•”π•€, 𝕀 π•£π•–π•’π•π•šπ•«π•–π•• π•€π• π•žπ•–π•₯π•™π•šπ•Ÿπ•˜ π•šπ•žπ•‘π• π•£π•₯π•’π•Ÿπ•₯.

It wasn’t reaching the people I actually wanted to serve.

That changed how I look at content strategy.

Episode 4 of my Content Strategy Series πŸ’›

One of the biggest mistakes I see businesses, founders, personal brands, and even Social Media Managers make is measuring success by likes and impressions alone.

The real question is:

Who is your content attracting?

Here’s a simple 10-minute content audit you can run today.

Step 1

Open your last five LinkedIn posts.

Go to your analytics and check the Seniority and Job Title breakdown for each post.

Step 2

Compare the audience with your ideal customer avatar.
Is your content attracting the people you actually want to work with?

Or has your audience started drifting?

When I audited my own content, I noticed something interesting.

My personal stories, encouragement posts, and educational content consistently attracted my ideal audience:

β€’ Entry-level professionals
β€’ Small business founders
β€’ Growing entrepreneurs

But one post,a broader industry opinion, started attracting a completely different audience.

More senior corporate professionals.

Larger organizations.

People outside the audience I intentionally create content for.

It wasn’t a bad post.

It simply wasn’t aligned with my content strategy.
And that’s an important difference.
There is content that performs.
Then there is content that performs for your business goals.

Step 3

If a post attracts the wrong audience, don’t delete it.
Study it.
Ask yourself:

β€’ Was the topic too broad?
β€’ Did the language appeal to a different audience?
β€’ Did the message solve a problem your ideal client doesn’t actually have?

Your analytics usually tell the story.
Most people just never stop to read them.

One person’s birthday…..

Thousands of lives impacted.

Today, we’re celebrating the visionary behind Azavyo.

But more importantly, we’re celebrating a mission.

A mission to help businesses grow with strategy.
A mission to equip professionals with practical digital skills.
A mission to prove that opportunities can be created through knowledge, consistency, and action.

𝔼𝕧𝕖𝕣π•ͺ 𝕀π•₯π•¦π••π•–π•Ÿπ•₯ π•₯π•£π•’π•šπ•Ÿπ•–π••.

That’s the impact we’re proud to celebrate today.

Happy Birthday to our Founder & CEO, Sharon Matthew.

Here’s to another year of building, serving, and creating opportunities that outlive us.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. πŸ’›πŸ’›

Over the last 24 hours, my phone has barely rested.

The calls.
The messages.
The reposts.
The prayers.
The kind words.

I have read them with a heart full of gratitude.

Sometimes, we get so busy building, serving, and pursuing purpose that we forget to pause and appreciate the people God has placed around us.

Yesterday reminded me that no one truly succeeds alone.

To everyone who celebrated me, prayed for me, reposted my birthday message, sent a thoughtful message, or simply took a moment to wish me well…

Thank you.

Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for believing in the vision.
Thank you for walking this journey with me.

I don’t take your love for granted, and I pray that God blesses you richly, answers your heartfelt prayers, and rewards your kindness.

One more thing… to my amazing LinkedIn family, please forgive me for postponing today’s content series until tomorrow. 😊

After such an overwhelming outpouring of love, I decided to spend today being fully present with my family and cherishing these beautiful moments together.

Tomorrow, we continue. Bigger, stronger, and with even more value to share.

From the depths of my heart…

Thank you. πŸ’›

Episode 3
Content strategy series πŸ’›

I do not post the same way for my personal brand as I do for Azavyo’s business page.

Here is exactly how they differ.

Episode 3 of Content Strategy 🀍
Here are my content pillars, built live from everything we have covered so far.

𝔽𝕠𝕣 π•žπ•ͺ β„™π”Όβ„π•Šπ•†β„•π”Έπ•ƒ 𝔹ℝ𝔸ℕ𝔻, 𝕗𝕠𝕦𝕣 π•‘π•šπ•π•π•’π•£π•€:

β†’ Authority: teaching real strategy, like this series

β†’ Personal story: my journey, struggles, wins, the human behind the brand

β†’ Student transformation: real results from real people I have trained

β†’ Encouragement:the emotional posts reminding people to rest and keep going

This mix works because my Entry-level audience needs both guidance AND encouragement, while my Founder audience needs proof that I get results.

𝔽𝕠𝕣 𝕒 π”Ήπ•Œπ•Šπ•€β„•π”Όπ•Šπ•Š ℙ𝔸𝔾𝔼 π•π•šπ•œπ•– 𝔸𝕫𝕒𝕧π•ͺ𝕠’𝕀, π•₯𝕙𝕖 π•‘π•šπ•π•π•’π•£π•€ π•€π•™π•šπ•—π•₯:

β†’ Services and what we offer
β†’ Client results and case studies
β†’ Educational content about the industry
β†’ Behind-the-scenes of how we work

A personal brand sells trust in a person. A business page sells trust in a system.

The pillars have to reflect that difference.

Frequency: I post 3-4 times a week, mixing pillars so no single type dominates.

Too much teaching feels like a lecture. Too much personal story feels unfocused. The mix builds the complete picture of who you are.

Next episode: now that the pillars are built, how do you check if your actual content is hitting the mark?

π•Žπ•– π•’π•¦π••π•šπ•₯.

Need your content pillars built properly for your brand or business?

That is exactly what we do at Azavyo Agency. www.azavyo.com

Last night, one of my students sent me a voice note.

I didn’t even listen first.

I immediately called because whenever he reaches out, I assume he needs help. That’s the relationship we’ve built.

He said, β€œI’m somewhere I can’t talk right now. Just listen to the voice note.”

So I did.

It wasn’t a question.
It wasn’t a problem.

It was simply a heartfelt β€œthank you.”

He thanked me for believing in him, pushing him when he wanted to give up, and staying with him throughout his journey.

The beautiful part?

He had landed his new opportunity over three weeks earlier. He wasn’t asking for anything.

He simply remembered me.

Moments like this remind me that while I get paid to teach, the greatest reward is seeing my students win and knowing I played a small part in their journey.
