π± TGAC at the Ibadan Business Summit 2026
Growth begins when we decide to learn.
This week, The Gracious Agricultural Concept (TGAC) had the privilege of participating in the Ibadan Business Summit, organized by the Federal Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperative and proudly sponsored by Stanbic IBTC Bank.
It was an insightful experience filled with valuable lessons, networking opportunities, and practical business strategies that will help shape the future of TGAC.
I'm grateful to share that I was selected to showcase and introduce my agribusiness before distinguished guests and fellow entrepreneurs. It was an honour to represent TGAC and share our vision of providing quality agricultural products while adding value to existence.
One of the highlights of the event was qualifying for a FREE Stanbic IBTC POS Machine and a Standard Business Accountβan encouraging step toward strengthening our business operations.
Even more inspiring was meeting an NEPC representative who expressed genuine interest in TGAC and encouraged me to keep building the business with excellence. Moments like these remind me that preparation, passion, and perseverance truly matter.
π Key Lessons I Took Home
πΏ Entrepreneurs should think big, start small, and keep growing.
πΏ Sustainable actions are the foundation of economic recovery and business growth.
πΏ Always empty your pocket into your brain. Investing in knowledge is one of the best investments you can make.
πΏ Trade is part of our everyday lives. It is simply an exchange of value, whether locally or internationally.
πΏ Some of the major challenges facing SMEs include: β’ Limited access to finance β’ Foreign exchange risks β’ Finding buyers β’ Maintaining product quality standards β’ Export documentation β’ Shipping and logistics
πΏ Why many loan applications fail: β’ Incomplete documentation β’ Poor account conduct β’ Weak business plans β’ Weak corporate governance β’ Overleveraging β’ Poor credit history
πΏ One statement that will stay with me is:
"Finance follows structure, discipline, and clarity."
This summit has strengthened my resolve to continue building The Gracious Agricultural Concept (TGAC) into a sustainable agribusiness that delivers quality products, creates value, and contributes meaningfully to Nigeria's agricultural sector.
My sincere appreciation goes to the Federal Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment and Cooperative and Stanbic IBTC Bank for organizing such an impactful programme.
The journey continues, and the future is bright.
TGAC πΏ Naturally Grown. Cleanly Processed. Farm To Table Goodness. Adding Values To Existence.
