I was 16 years when I published my first book.

It was a bold attempt to becoming an author.

What I wanted was simple — help people gain clarity and get started on the journey to becoming better versions of themselves.

This piece right here is not my most perfect writing but it is my first born. If I had not written this, I doubt if I would have developed the muscle used in writing the masterpiece that has made me quite famous.

That’s to tell you; your first piece must not be the most perfect. Perfection comes with growth. Go ahead and unlock that treasure you carry. If you don’t start, you just might never win.

Sometimes I go back to it and I find myself laughing at my choice of words, poor expression and command of English. There is this nudge to correct it immediately so future readers don’t get to see my flaws, but after giving it a good thought, I chose to let it stand as a testament of how far I have come in my journey to excellence.

Though the writing may not have been as excellent as I want it now, the book still passed its message well enough.
