The Senate Minority Leader and Senator Representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Patrick Moro PhD, has assured Akwu community of the construction of LGEA Primary School Akwu Agatu, saying he would continue to remember Akwu community in all his programmes in Agatu, appealing to them for their support.

Senator Moro who was represented by the House of Representatives candidate Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency Hon. Joseph Adama Joseph (Otalaka), said he would continue to do everything humanly possible to ensure that the dividend of democracy is brought to the people.

"I will continue to represent you effectively in the senate. Be rest assured of my support always as far as I remain your Senator", he reechoed.

The Senator's representative and House of Representatives candidate for Apa/Agatu, Hon. Joseph Adama was accompanied by the PDP House of Assembly candidate for Agatu State Constituency, Hon. John Anthony Ikwulono; Hon. Eche Emmanuel, the State Assistant Auditor PDP Benue State; The Legislative Aide to Senator Moro and former Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Hon. 2027 BNSHOA ELECTION: MR. SIMPLE SOLUTION IS THE BEAUTIFUL BRIDE FOR AGATU CONSTITUENCY

As far as the 2027 Benue State House of Assembly election is concerned, Honourable John Anthony Ikwulono, JAI, also known as Mr. Simple Solution, is the beautiful bride for Agatu Constituency. Honourable Ikwulono has consistently shown that he understands what it takes to represent his people.

Mr. Simple Solution is not new to leadership. For years he has served in positions where he used his influence to address the yearnings and aspirations of the grassroots in Agatu. He is a man who has facilitated scholarships for indigent students as well as job placements for several youths of Agatu. He achieved all these during his service as the former State Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress and as the Vice Chairman of Agatu Local Government Area.

From all indications, Honourable John Anthony Ikwulono (JAI) has proven to be an asset to Agatu. Long before he decided to serve his constituents at the Benue State House of Assembly, JAI had already distinguished himself through dedicated service to his people.

2027 BENUE STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY ELECTION: HONOURABLE JOHN ANTHONY IKWULONO'S STAND FOR AGATU

Honourable John Anthony Ikwulono (JAI), in his quest to be the next member representing Agatu State Constituency at the Benue House of Assembly, has set out the main beliefs and values he holds dear regarding what every son and daughter of the constituency truly deserves.

He believes that Agatu deserves a kind of representation where the yearnings and aspirations of all are taken into consideration during decision-making at the state level.

The former Vice Chairman of Agatu Local Government Area also believes that beyond lawmaking, there must be mechanisms in place to ensure that every bill passed and every motion moved and adopted at the Benue State House of Assembly serves the interest of the grassroots and is fully implemented.

Honourable John Anthony is of the view that the high rate of insecurity which has ravaged the council can be addressed through robust policy plans and implementation in partnership with security agencies, to ensure that peace and normalcy returns to Agatu so that the people can once again sleep with both eyes closed. This is one of the main reasons he is one of the very few loud voices that speak out whenever there is a looming attack or threat to lives in Agatu and other Areas in the zone.

He also places great importance on the interests of youths, women, and the aged. For youths and women, he envisions job and business opportunities that will empower them to become self-reliant. For the aged, Honourable Ikwulono is committed to pushing for legislation that prioritizes their health and welfare on the agenda of the state government.

He has this rich pool of ideas that he intends to explore when elected as the next member representing Agatu at the Benue State House of Assembly in 2027. Let us support a man who is determined to bring positive change for the good of the grassroots. Honourable John Anthony Ikwulono offers competence as one of his many selling points as he seeks to represent the Agatu Constituency at the Benue State House of Assembly in 2027. He is not a greenhorn in the Nigerian political ecosystem.

As a former Vice Chairman of Agatu Local Government Area, who performed beyond expectations despite the very lean resources that were available to the council during his administration, one can safely say he is tested and trusted. The question is not whether he will perform, but how much he will deliver.

On Wednesday, 6th May 2026 I picked my Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for the position of Benue State House of Assembly Representing Agatu State Constituency on the platform of PDP the winning party.

As a flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), I am optimistic that come 2027 we shall come out victorious and upon my swearing in as House of Assembly Member Representing Agatu State Constituency, I shall hit the ground running.

I am in a haste not only to restore total peace to Agatu, but to equally bring development to our land. Effective representation during my reign is not negotiable. The voice of Agatu must be heard very loud and clear with appreciable solutions to challenges confronting our people. We have done it before, we shall do it again.

This is not a campaign but a statement of fact.

I sincerely appreciate the leadership of the party and the good people of Agatu for the rare opportunity to represent Agatu constituents.
