Introduction

According to recent research findings, the e-commerce marketplace is not only thriving, but it’s expected that at least 80% of all purchases to be conducted via e-commerce platforms in the nearest future. Now adays, many businesses in Nigeria have online imprints where customers can find out more about their products or services either through social media platforms or by creating simple personal website for their businesses. However, if your products or services are not yet a household brand, it could be very difficult for your target customers to buy your products with ease and also reach out to more potential customers online. Therefore, for any business owner who want to start online marketing to advertise his/her products or services and boost sales in Nigeria, instead of creating personal website at a go which will cost more money and less outreach, it’s better to start by leveraging an already existing e-commerce platforms in Nigeria to increase your reach and boost your sales. About 9ja Made App Biz Konnect

9ja made biz konnect produced by Green-Tech Visionary Enterprise, Powered by National Board for Technology Incubation under Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation with its headquarters at Block C , 3rd Floor, Federal Secretariat, Phase II, Abuja, Nigeria. The product is designed and developed to start operating in April 2023 with the aim of connecting target customers to Nigeria made products. The different between 9ja made biz konnect marketplace and the bigger players in the business is that, it is established to carryout e-business activities instead of the traditional e-commerce activities. E-business activities involve the process of product standardization, metrology analysis, conformity assessment and e-commerce logistic. This made it possible for 9ja made biz konnect interface to be divided into 3 classes A, B, and C to accommodate all category of products and services made in Nigeria. This means that, we don’t only upload and sale already standardized products but we also serve as catalyst in commercialization of research and development results and entrepreneurial result as one of the mandates of the National Board for Technology Incubation. The Technology Incubation Centers across the nation were established by National Board for Technology Incubation in other to manage the operation of the centers and technology parks while ensuring the commercialization of research and development results from research establishments and related innovation efforts in line with the objectives of the Technology Incubation Program. Government has provided the necessary infrastructural facilities, hands on managements, access to funds for incubators (i.e. Laboratories for product testing, workshops for fabricators and engineering works, e-library for research and development purposes, production units for residence incubators, alternative power supply facilities, halls for workshop and capacity buildings with qualify staffs and management as supervisors and facilitators). Climate Change is Real… And Agriculture is at the Center

Climate change is the change in weather patterns over time—caused mostly by human activities.

📊 Globally:

1. Energy → ~73%

2. Agriculture, Forestry & Land Use → ~20–25%

3. Waste → ~3–5%

👉 This means agriculture is the second largest contributor to climate change.

What Farmers Are Facing

Across Nigeria today:

1. Rainfall is no longer predictable

2. Temperatures are rising

3. Crop yields are dropping

This is already affecting food production and farmer livelihoods.

But There is Hope

Agriculture can also be a solution.

Through the 9jaFarm Management System Bauchi Pilot, we are introducing climate-smart innovations:

1. Smart Hydroponic Systems

2. Smart Greenhouse Irrigation System

3. Smart Open Field Irrigation System

4. Training on climate-smart farming

Our Mission

To help farmers:

1. Use water better

2. Grow more food

3. Adapt to climate change

4. Build a sustainable future

If we fix agriculture, we can fix a big part of climate change.

Since 2021, 9jaMade has been on a mission to promote Nigerian products and support entrepreneurs through physical events and online platforms.

We made impact… but we also learned.

> Visibility alone is not enough — real connection is what drives growth.

Our previous approach could not fully connect sellers to real buyers in a scalable way. So, we took a step back to rethink, improve, and build something better.

Today, we are redesigning 9jaMade Biz Konnect into a smarter platform—one that connects customers directly with businesses, while we serve as a trusted gateway for real opportunities and growth.

This is not just a comeback.
It’s a transformation.

Stay tuned… we are coming back stronger and better for every Nigerian entrepreneur, innovator, and business owner.

> We are not starting again… we are starting smarter. 🇳🇬
