Highlights from the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Bauchi State Chapter monthly meeting for the month of August, 2026, held on Thursday 6th August, 2026 at BRC, Bauchi.

The Chairman, Alh. Mohammed Rabiu Wada, FNIPR also led members on a congratulatory visit to the Managing Director, Bauchi Radio Cooperation (BRC), Alh. Umar Muhammad Shira who was elected brand new Zonal Chairman of the Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria (BON).

Alh. Danlami Baban Takko, ANIPR presented a paper on mentorship for the upcoming PR practitioners who also shaped the perception of members of the key role of PR practitioners and practice.

It was an engaging and productive session as members deliberated on key issues concerning the forthcoming World Public Relations Forum, National Secretariat Building Projects, Induction of New Members, MCP and the Chapter's Secretariat as well as the development of the profession at large.

The Chairman appreciated members who attended and contributed meaningfully.

📢 NOTICE OF THIRD QUARTER INDUCTION CEREMONY FOR NEW MEMBERS

Dear Esteemed Members,

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has announced the 2026 Third Quarter Induction Ceremony for newly qualified members.

This induction marks a significant milestone in the professional journey of prospective inductees as they formally join the ranks of licensed Public Relations practitioners committed to professionalism, ethics, and excellence.

Induction Date: Friday, 11th September, 2026
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Venue: Assembly Hall, Nasarawa State University Main Campus, Keffi
Mode: Hybrid (Physical/Online)

⚠️ Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m., Sunday, 6th September, 2026.

Kindly note that late registrations will be deferred to the December, 2026 induction cycle.

We encourage all eligible members of the NIPR Bauchi State Chapter who are due for induction to complete their registration within the stipulated timeline and make adequate preparations to participate in this important professional event.

A very strong member of the Elders Advisory Committee of the Institute and one time Chairman, National Electoral Committee of the NIPR.

Jana'iza prayer, today Monday 22nd June, 2026 by 1:00pm at Gwallaga Mosque, Bauchi.
