A lot of young people you will meet these days are motivated and ambitious. They want to find the right path and make the right decisions when it comes to their future, but there’s the fear that they’ll spend months or years pursuing something that might not be worth their time and effort. They’re afraid they will fail and they end up giving up even before they start.

So how do you narrow down your decisions and start taking action in a world with endless possibilities? Whilst there is no clear cut answer to that question, you can do well in life a surprising amount of the time just by being the last to give up. Perseverance is a quality few people have enough of. It’s easy to walk away when things get hard, but if you continue to work/be consistent with it, that’s often all it takes to come out on top.

If you want to be successful, you should also recognize that the most critical factor in success is your attitude and work ethic (of course, luck, support from your friends and family, good connections with people in positions of power play a significant part in anyone’s success). But it also has more to do with the will, determination, and self-discipline to do work with high quality on a consistent basis. There are no shortcuts. You simply must put in the work🦅

Do the EveryDay.

Another Monday is here. To make the best use of your time this week, attempt to hold a 5-minute planning session with yourself this morning. Take a moment to get your workflow in order, because planning is very essential to your productivity. It gives you the guide map of what to do and where to go next.

Then try to make a list of important tasks you want to accomplish. Next, assign all those activities to specific days. It does not have to be a very strict schedule but just try it. Once you set a clear direction for your week, it makes the path straight and easier.

And remember, discipline is what you will need to set the groundwork for your success this week. But to do that, you will need to utilise consistency to build it up -- your structure will fall apart if there is no discipline, and your building will not be completed if there is no consistency. For success, you need both discipline and consistency.

I have learnt to read pieces and I am now tough.
You can change your life by reading.

As a CEO and businessman, I can tell you that everyone has their own journey towards business success and personal fulfillment. What worked for one individual might not work for the other.

But in my over two decades of doing business, I can tell you that a resilient attitude and mindset [and luck] is the common trait that I’ve come to realize in the journey of successful people. The success of these individuals has been built around their attitude to roll with the punches and cope with what life throws at them. It is their attitude to adapt and bounce back when things don't go as planned. They can learn from mistakes and move forward rather than wallow or dwell on failures.

Yes, having a positive attitude and mindset won’t solve every problem. But it will give you the best chance to solve problems, to enrich the lives of the people around you, and to make your world a little better. Your positive attitude magnifies the tools you have—your knowledge, skills, and talents. So learn a resilient attitude today, and let it give you the strength and fortitude to overcome adversity, and to keep on moving forward towards your dreams and your goals 🦅

2021 has come to an end and 2022 is here
It's time to begin what I will be telling you from my story.

LET ME SHARE YOU FEW OF MY STORIES
After I lost my job in July 2017, I decided to monetize my skillset...

Don't be surprised🤓🤓

The skill I had then was graphics design and Video Editing

But the problem was; there was nowhere to plug in my electronic devices and work each day...

I decided to start working with my Lappy at the Winners Chapel church library not too far from my house.

Not as a staff o....just as someone who needed a table, chair, and electricity to keep his business running.

At that time like I said, my business was graphics design, video editing then later I started AFFILIATE MARKETING...so I was doing all of them at the same time
(Who knows the one that will pay)🥰🥰🥰

I would leave home by 7am every day and return by 7pm in the evening
Everyone was thinking I had a new job...(progress is a journey Jhor)

Well, if you look at it -there’s really no difference between that and having an actual job abi

Who would have seen me there(library) any day would’ve thought the library was my office and yes, for about 7 months, it actually was for me?

Every day the hustle was real at the library... Using a torch to find clients online while struggling to grow my affiliate business
(Determination with consistency kept me)

The result of that was less than an average of 30k monthly.

Even though I was super busy every day, i wasn’t productive.

Because each time I measured the cash flow output versus the time, energy and resources input, I always fell short...

As if that was not bad enough, after the 7th month, my free library access was canceled....😢😢😢

Church leadership was changed and the first day the new leadership saw me in the library, they thought I was a G-boy bringing lappy to run street in the church

Security threw me out of there like I was a criminal...them no wan hear anything wey I wan explain at all
Person wey just dey find where e go plug lappy to do his work

Anyway...

Was I bothered? Nope! Even though I had nowhere else to go.

The next place that came to my mind was one of the private offices in the church compound...I asked the owner who was a family friend and he allowed me to use the place...

If you see my joy ehn...

But the Joy was cut short in less than 2 weeks again🥺🥺🥺

The same security guy came and bounced me out

This time with an order not to come anywhere close to the church with my Lappy

Which kain wahala!

I don’t even know who told him I was there in the first place

E just be me like say that guy an agent from Hell

This time I was left with zero options

So I called my oldest friend
Not to ask for anything o.

Just to narrate my unfortunate circumstance to my guy

He drove down to the church to pick me up and we went to his family house where he was living with his parents at the time.

And just after gisting away my pains, I was about to leave when...
He asked me if I would want to come over daily to do my work at his house
This was a house where there was constant power and enough space to accommodate me

Mehnn! I was overjoyed!

The beauty of this new arrangement was -His house was not so far from mine
so I could stroll down daily from my place just a 20-35mins walk
It became my daily routine for 2month

While I was running that routine for a month, I put everything else aside and became laser-focused on building my affiliate business.

meanwhile, every night from 12am – 4am I was sharpening and learning other skills
I had to choose one vehicle to focus on because between graphics design, video editing, and affiliate marketing,

the third seemed like the best vehicle(affiliate marketing) to take towards my dream to be financially free...

and amazingly, that was the month everything changed for me in my affiliate business...

I earned my first 343k in less than 50 days Omo! Level change instantaaaa!

I went straight to the MTN office after the 4th week and got myself a brand new MTN LUMOS SOLAR UNIT

No more going to work every day at my friends' place and that gave me the kind of joy that is difficult for normal people to understand
Because naturally, I’m usually uncomfortable being a burden to people, even if they’re not complaining.

Anyway! That is how I started working from home o...

Or should I say from my room because that’s where i installed the solar unit? That upgrade was a defining moment for me and it made me think!

One month of laser focus on one thing got me what I couldn’t earn in a year while juggling three things at the same time.

I had to ask myself “Omo! What if I go hard on it for ONE YEAR?... that was the day I crossed my mind for Affiliate marketing o! if I perish I perish...

NOW LISTEN ATTENTIVELY...
Sometimes in life, we as Humans should make a certain decision that is really not based on fear, but the determination of doing something new knowing fully well it will be a success
Life really is indeed a result of our effort!
