Did you know the hit series Person of Interest actually predicted the future of Facebook Ads?

If you've been running ads for a while, you remember the golden days of hyper-specific interest targeting. But after privacy crackdowns like the Cambridge Analytica scandal, Meta had to make a massive pivot.

In Person of Interest, the creator built his omniscient AI as a "shield" rather than a "spear"—meaning the AI collected all the data, but humans couldn't access it directly.

That is exactly what happened to Meta! Advertisers lost access to granular data, the algorithm became a closed loop, and we were introduced to the era of Broad Targeting.

Most people are "feature-loading" their offers into a grave. 🪦
If you think adding 5 more Zoom calls or a 50-page PDF makes your service more valuable, you’re actually making it harder to sell.
There’s this wonderful formula that Alex Hormozi created to show how to make an offer more valuable. It’s the "Value Equation," and it's the secret to charging what you're actually worth.
Here are 3 ways to audit your offer TODAY using the variables:
1️⃣ The "So What?" Test (Dream Outcome): Go through your sales page. Every time you see a feature (e.g., "8 Coaching Calls"), ask "So what?"
Bad: "8 Coaching Calls."
Good: "8 Strategy Sessions to launch your remote career in 90 days." Sell the destination, not the plane ride.
2️⃣ Build a "Proof Bank" (Likelihood): People don’t buy because they don’t think it will work for them. Collect every screenshot, DM, and email win you’ve ever received. Put them in one folder. If you don't have enough, offer a "Beta Price" in exchange for a video testimonial. Belief = Sales.
3️⃣ The "Friction Slash" (Effort & Sacrifice): Look at the bottom half of the equation. How can you make the result happen faster and with less work from the client?
Can you give them a template?
Can you automate a step for them?
Can you do the "heavy lifting" yourself? The less they have to do, the more you can charge.
