Born in Ibadan as a the third out of four children into the Baptist family of Chief and Mrs 'Sola Adelabu, Adeola is a graduate of University of Ibadan where he bagged his first degree in Agricultural Economics and a Masters Degree in Sustainable Development Practice.
Adeola career includes stints at Adesola Adelabu & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit trainee, Oyo state Ministry of Finance as a corps member, Azo Consults as a Business Development Officer and he currently works at The Polytechnic Ibadan.
Ogbeni Labzy, as he is fondly called, has a passion for service and leadership. He was a Rotaractor before joining Junior Chamber International Nigeria , University of Ibadan in 2008. He served as Family head (2009), Director of Growth, Retention and Extention (2010) and Director of Community Development (2012). He was awarded the most supportive new member in 2009, most supportive board member in 2010 and most supportive old member in 2011. He joined JCI Ibadan in 2015 and has served as Chairman Children's Day party (2015) and 2016 Director of Public Relations and Protocols. He has been elected as 2017 Vice President of JCI Ibadan.
Adeola is a youth advocate. He is the Speaker of Oyo state Youth Assembly. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network, Student Alumni Advisory Council (SAAC) of the Global MDP programme among others. His hobbies include traveling, reading, seeing movies, watching and playing football. He is a supporter of Shooting Stars Soccer Club (3SC) of Ibadan and Arsenal FC of London.
He is happily single, and actively searching (and hoping he is being searched for too)
