Does your finger ache from replying massive influx of customers? This is for you ๐!!.
Heard about Chatbot?
Chatbots may save you time, money, and valuable staff resources, and they can be used for almost anything, from online shopping to customer support. You might be concerned that sending your clients to a bot rather than a live person will turn them off, but bots can actually be a great method to keep consumers on your site and keep their attention.
According to research, 69 percent of clients prefer conversing to a chatbot over a real person, owing to its quickness and efficiency. However, if you want to make the most of bots, you must first build a structured plan that tackles crucial components that must be evaluated before you can create a bot that consumers will engage with.
Many businessโs create bots on platforms like Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Slack, but these are not your only options. You can also create bots on platforms like WhatsApp, or Viber, or integrate them with AI using Google Assistant, and you can even deploy bots on Telegram or Twitter to respond to DMโs on behalf of your brand.
Donโt ignore SMS, as you can successfully use bots here for marketing, taking bookings, or answering common queries. You can build voice bots for mobile and landline phones, or create email chatbots, which can automate part of your marketing or customer service.
