A while ago, I was going through a serious financial crisis.
Someone referred me to a loan company that supports traders, artisans, and people who earn daily income. Honestly, I only got access because I knew one of their stakeholders.
But what caught my attention was not even the loan.
It was how the entire business operated.
Client officers moved around physically to source customers. They onboarded people manually. Applications were processed on paper. Payments, savings records, approvals. Everything passed from the client officer to admin, then finally to the super admin that disbursed loans.
Completely manual.
At first, I thought:
“There’s no way this business is scaling.”
But they were growing.
Strong ROI. Increasing yearly revenue. Expanding operations.
And that changed my perspective.
As a software engineer, I immediately saw the bottlenecks:
- Slow operations
- Human errors
- Difficult reporting
- Poor scalability
- No visibility
- No digital presence
I even searched online and could barely find anything about them.
That was the moment something clicked for me.
Technology, AI, automation; all these things are advancing fast. But there are still thousands of local businesses doing massive numbers while operating with systems that can barely scale with them.
Not because they don’t need technology.
But because nobody has built for them properly.
So I coordinated with my team and we built a demo automated system tailored to their workflow and presented it to them.
That experience is one of the biggest reasons I officially started this software development agency company.
We’re not just building apps because it sounds cool.
We want to help businesses modernize operations, improve productivity, scale sustainably, and stop losing growth because of outdated processes.
There’s still a huge gap between technology and local businesses.
