Ready to be trained to work as a caregiver
How long is the visa for?
1 year minimum, 2 years maximum work permit visa
How long will it take to get my employment contract?
2 to 3 weeks from when you make payment to register.
How long does it take to get my visa ready?
The visa turn around time is much faster than the regular visiting or student visa.
How long is the whole process from start to finish?
4 to 6months
Can I move to Canada with my family?
Yes, but not immediately. Because of the financial implications of the process, it's recommended that the migrant gets fully processed and relocate to Canada first, then after 3 to 6 months, their family members can come along on a relocation visa because you are there first.
Can I go with my Spouse?
Yes, only on the conditions that
You have a guardian to look after your children
You have the financial capacity to sort every aspect of the welfare of your spouse in Canada
Can I get a job for my spouse?
Once you get to Canada first, you can then work to secure a job for your spouse and arrange to have them come over.
Can my spouse also apply for the health care Job placement?
Yes, as long as you have the financial capacity to cover all the fees necessary for the process. i.e Registration, Training and certification, visa, Medicals, flight tickets
What if I'm a practising health care worker with a professional qualification here in Nigeria? Do I get to practice in Canada?
You will not be able to practice professionally immediately after you arrive in Canada. You will have to move to Canada through the caregiver package, and then while you are there, you can work towards getting certified and licensed to practice as a medical professional in Canada..
Where in Canada will I be working?
Job placement may vary based on the opening available at the time of application
Is accommodation part of the package?
Yes, temporary accommodation is included in the package.
It's expected that within 2 to 3 months of your stay in Canada, you should be able to afford decent accommodation for yourself.
What if I have a family to stay with, will there be a problem?
As long as it's within the area of your job placement and you will have no problem getting to work from your accommodation.
How much salary will I be paid?
An average of $4000 per month.

N480,000 training fees for recruitment agency
Balance of N2.2m spread in Canada when work resumes.
