From Inbox to Status: The Review That Made Our Day
Some months ago, a customer messaged our female support line and said she needed a flask that would keep her food hot for a long time.
Our female support line suggested one for her.
When she used the flask, she was amazed. She never expected to see such a quality flask.
A few days ago, she messaged our female support line again. This time, she said she needed a clipper.
At first, she wanted the "Nova clipper," but our female support line recommended the "Kiki clipper." We told her that we had sold Nova before, and most of our customers complained about battery issues.
After the deal was closed, she was happy and left a review for us.
But that’s not all. She also went a long way and posted on her status to tell her friends and family about us.
I learned something from this…
I learned that *"transparency matters in business".*
When you are open with your customer, they will love you and be willing to do anything to help grow your business.
So, if you are a business owner and you only care about sales without telling your customers the truth about your products, you are slowly hurting your business.
