Today, Africa receives hundreds of thousands of tonnes of second-hand clothing annually from markets across the US, Europe, and Asia. While some garments find new owners, many end up in landfills, disrupting local industries, weakening textile ecosystems, and reshaping consumption patterns across the continent.

But history has a way of responding.

Founded by Bobby Kolade, the brand BUZIGAHILL is not simply redesigning clothes. It is redesigning narrative.

Buzigahill is based in . The brand painstakingly restores, reconstructs, and reimagines second-hand garments into curated fashion collections.

That way, what once entered Africa as surplus is transformed through craftsmanship and sent back overseas but not as donation, as designer fashion.
