I had conversation with my senior Dad. The man talked about happenings that has happened in over 2 decades ago. Topic: Difficult Topic to Preach in an Organization.

As some of us know that Gossip is not too healthy in the workplace. And it is quite common to see adults and senior citizen of a company engaging in the act of gossip.

In the study of business communication, gossip was said to be good as it is seen as gr**evine. And in some other ways it tends to harm or hinder productivity when it becomes too much.Though it is inevitable. There is no company in the world whereby you will not find gossip.

But heavy gossip is what we should preach against. And it is the duties of those saddle with the responsibility of managing people to ensure that gossip do not have a permanent residence in our space. The Human resource, quality assurance team and unite head need to handle this with serious importance.

The idea of wearing chain on either legs or both legs in our society is now paramount. And this has find it ways to some of our offices. With no one warning against them.

What is the meaning of chains on our legs? Especially for the female candidates? Is it part of corporate dressing? Any serious founder or business owner should never tolerate this as part of office dress.

It is also the job of the people whose onus is too see the affairs of the company being standard, organize and corporate to tackle this behaviour. We are not saying individuals shouldn’t put legs on their leg anything outside the office. But in the office settings perception matters.
It is not everyone that feel comfortable having handshake with someone who has a ring in his right hand. Depending on individual psychological experience.

Having an handshake with someone with ring in his hand can be so disturbing. As it can connotes different meaning to different people. The only ring populary recognize is an engagement ring. Any other one we suppose should goes to the left hand. Let us make the office look like an office and embrace it corporate ability and dealings.

Bringing pet to the workplace is totally unacceptable.
Sexual harassment of all types. Unnecessary touches and imposing one will on any candidates in the workplace to involve in s*xual activities need to be removed from the workplace. People should be allow to do their primary objective in the workplace which is to work.

Manages choice of words. Abusive words are not allowed to be exhibited in the workplace especially if coming from managers, unit head and founder. Standard behaviour is expected from people whose duties are to impact the system. A good or a bad behaviour from managers has correlative impact on the people who work in that organization.

Greetings is compulsory in our work space. And the response to good morning should be good morning. We do not accept anyone to respond with “how far” and other non verbal cues. Greet your colleague as much as you do. Either verbally or in a mail. And be polite when talking with superiors and subordinates. Eyes services wont take some of us to places. Let us exhibit good behaviors in our various offices.

Gang and informal group. Many founder and business owner overlook these aspects in their business. You form and establish a company just only for 2 or more individuals to form a group in an established group. This is the starting point of office politics and no one is raising an alarm until it becomes so permanent.

What do we benefit from office politics? Nothing but sabotaging teams effort. How many companies in Nigeria has grown to the level of competing with Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 companies? None. We play politics like what they did at National levels, we frustrate our employees, we have less respect for our customers and we just do things the way we feel like as if no one is watching and no one can hold us accountable. And of course the government don’t care so companies went ahead and put laws into their own hands.

As sweet or bitter as it seems to be, divorce can reset your life to default. It can also do a factory reset to your life. As in format the entire hard drive of your own very own brain, it could lead to mental health issues if not well properly managed.

Dear men, be mindful of what you say. And, be mindful of what you are scared about. Your weakness is what the opposite gender will use against you. You said you don’t like divorce from the point of view of your religion. And you kept sharing as a single man. By so doing you are empowering her to display a behavior which you have no choice than to forgive. She will cheat on you because she knew it right that you are afraid of divorce.

Who told you that divorce is meant for the weak? The fact that you are divorced doesn’t mean you do not understand the game of relationships. Sometimes it does mean you know what is good for your life. Sometimes leaving a toxic relationship means that you value your mental health over life drama. People with good or high self-esteem don’t stay in a relationship that makes them lose at the expense of pleasing the other person. You mustn’t be tear down just for the sake of survival.

Writing from Africa, in every divorce or separation. There are casts that are worth noting. Should we call them actors or antagonist? Or should we call them actress? These people would always think they have done you more harm. But for every disappointment there is blessings.

These are men with low self-esteem. Sometimes they want to leave the marriage. It becomes hard. The money they spend comes to mind. How far they have gone. How do they start explaining to society?
In this part of the world. Marriage is like a must thing to do.

What could have made a man to called for separation? Is there any man that is that dull? A man cannot just separate himself from his children without a very big irritating behavior from the woman. We all know the one thing that make men to call it full stop in a relationship.

When talking about saying that women are useless. We shouldn’t forget that gender that makes them useless. If women are useless such men are idiot. We have so many idiot men whose jobs is to gossip night and day. Men whose mission is to scatter every home with their low IQ.

There are men amongst us who doesn’t find any woman attractive other than someone else wife. What business do you have with someone’s wife? What topics and what motives? This is very common in this region. Just too much.

Some men cannot even wait to sleep with your pregnant women. Truth be told we have men who have lost their brain for direction. The only brain they have is their preek.

Who spoilt our banking system? This question is directed to The Central Bank of Nigeria.

Those who did not studied banking and finance are the one handling POS now in the country. What message are you sending across to us as a consumer?

There used to be a time when banks would give us ATM card sealed in an envelope and tell us not to disclose the card details to anyone. But now the card details can be checked by POS Vendor.

It is a shame of a nation that we do not have good commercial and retail banking systems. Every angle of the street in Nigeria you can find POS person.

Now imagine if you are to retrieve these POS from these people. That would trigger unemployment more than we ever think.

The banking system problems in Nigeria started when the system believed they can use less to achieved more. Some of them get rid of the graduates and some experience people and replace them with non graduates to get their task done.

What kind of country do we found ourselves?

We do not know if the POS girls are dating yahoo boys. To what extent can we trust these modern days banking?

What would it take these banks to have ATM machine in strategic places in every communities and every major cities? The answer and the reason why you guys deployed POS is greed.

Even when ATM machine were available. Funding these machines becomes a biggish to you guys. How come the POS lady in front of your bank has cash to pay out while your ATM machine is saying Temporary unavailable and unable to dispense cash?

The companies we have in Nigeria doesn’t respect the populace. They have less respect for the Nigerian citizens. They saw government maltreating her people in the country and they do too followed suits.

The government in his own stance would never call these companies to questioning as they are all working hand in hand. Government removed fuel subsidy companies whose products are in demand and in everyday use added up to their pricing arbitrarily.

The hardship that Nigerians are facing has benefitted some certain or many individuals. Especially groups of people who does not like the government of the day. The current government.

In the Bihari administration POS businesses flourished and still flourishing. It shows one big hole or loops in that administration. A regime of government that lack the economical know how! They don’t know and they won’t ask or consult those who know.

Now look at where the country is! The economy is crumbling. It is not about having knowledge of politics that makes you a president. As a president you need knowledge of political economy. And you need team of people who do.

You should remember people livelihood depends on good economy. Do you know how many households who had suffered economy hardship? Do you know how many school drop out?

For the Traders in the country who believes in inflating prices of commodities. Keeep it up. You can only cheat a smart . When they find out that your price is on the high side they will switch. If you like form a traders association.

The President Dr Abatti and co once asked you in a presidential debate meeting if you would put price control in place as a mechanism. You pridefully said No.

See let me tell you Mr President. What the last of former administration actor lacked is this Emotional intelligence. You don’t take every behaviour of the people personal.

All these government agencies that you have. What is their duty and or role to play. Can’t you guys come down to every community and see how petty traders had put law into their hands? You need to visit every industry and question them to justify pricing.

There is so much I can do with this cigarette rather than just letting it go to waste. It pains me to see someone older or elderly not having the right sense. Growing up now feels more like abuse than ever before. Who is there to guide the younger ones? If writing content daily is what it takes to stay healthy, then I think I better do it. However, this thing we call content is being misused on the internet. Content writing has gone wrong in Nigeria.

This music sounds familiar, like something I’ve heard before. This is one reason many of our songs in Nigeria couldn’t make it to the Grammy Awards. To win a Grammy, one must be original. If you are to lift a song or someone’s work, you have to give credit to the owners.

Why did I find myself in this mess? Why do things we don’t want in life occur? I dislike divorce and broken homes. My mission has always been to help people fix broken marriages. I value the unity essential in human relationships, but some things in life are inevitable. Divorce is not for the weak; it is for the strong. I have read many biographies and personal stories of great people in music, art, and soul. The story of divorce is often inevitable. We need to get it right and keep moving forward.

Try and find someone to talk to. We all know how difficult it is to find someone to share your innermost feelings with. What people know about you is what they will use against you, but won’t you go ahead and share anyway? I know how painful it is to be betrayed and to find out that the friends we have are only out for themselves. Their main objective is simply to use us and dump us.

I just spoke with my friend, whom I sometimes call my best friend. She is someone I can tell anything to, no matter how dirty it could be. The rate at which people are dying is on the rise this year alone. I told her that people die of depression. Depression kills faster than hunger. Just imagine the life of someone who is not in tech. There is a difference between pressing phones for fun and romancing phones. For the latter, you are lucky. Dating tech in this cruel world with low trust is still far better.

You can be in the midst of people and still be lonely. You can be in a relationship where there is food and s*x and still be lonely. Effective communication in human relationships is essential for growth. All the vitamins, minerals, and multivitamins we need to live a healthy life lie in finding the right partners, true friendships, and the right workplace.

Imagine if you were like me and worked with people you like and in a job you love. How do you expect someone who loves their work to fall sick? Loving your work will not even make you want to take a single leave.

Marriage has become more of a scam now than ever. We are scared to leave and let go of what is not working. We have spent millions of naira on weddings only to find out they were nightmares. We are just afraid to leave because of what society will gossip or say about us. Many here are gay or le***an in private but don’t want to announce it.

Why do we wear chains on our left or right leg? We are yet to explain this to the populace. For me, I just saw ladies wearing it and followed suit. My girlfriend said it’s just fashion. But you need to know what you want and understand why you are doing this.

How do you ensure you don’t marry a le***an as a wife? I would be glad if she told me she is a le***an before I marry her rather than finding out later. That could hurt. I know I like kisses, and probably a le***an could give me the kisses that will make me melt.

To help my health, I just have to hang out with a series of ladies at different times. I need to do this to help myself. Spending 10k on a lady just for a date will save you from long-run regret. Get to talk and know her. In the same way, I can get a lady for less. How amazing it is to know that some st*****rs are still far better than those girls we intend to date? It boils down to how we reason. Some prostitutes are so clean and respectful. Both the ladies that claim to be holy and the ones that claim to be streetwise deserve that we use protection. Either or both can give us an infection. It’s never written on the face. And we have men who are not ready to take their personal hygiene seriously.

I respect boundaries, which is why you have been seeing me respecting myself enough. But how do you reason? Your level of reasoning can be affected by the people you spend time with. Another form of depression is not getting enough sense from people whom you think could give you some.

Each time you call me on the phone, my energy drops. After each call, I ask myself, “What was this call about? What impact did it have on me?” We have every right to select and pick the calls that we want to. I go where I find peace, even though peace is not guaranteed.

Have I shared the story of greed with you? Some girls like being r**ed naturally. There are some humans amongst us who don’t enjoy s*x naturally. All they need is to be victims of circumstances. Dear readers, life is short. That statement alone should make you share. Share and leave greed aside.
