Among all the parts of the human body, there is one part that looks so small and fragile, yet carries unbelievable power.
It can make people love you or hate you.
It can create peace or start conflict.
It can build your reputation or destroy it.
That part is the tongue.
The tongue may be small, but its impact is bigger than many people realize. Throughout history, words have started wars, ended wars, encouraged nations, destroyed relationships, and changed destinies.
The sad reality of our generation today is that many people speak before thinking.
We give opinions without investigation.
We judge without understanding.
We spread information without knowing the consequences.
Everyone wants to be heard, but very few people think about the damage their words can cause.
Our speech is a responsibility.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ reminded us:
"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent."
A simple teaching, but one of the most powerful lessons for our daily lives.
Sadly, protecting our speech is becoming one of the things many people neglect. We protect our money, our phones, our businesses, and our possessions, but we sometimes forget to protect the words that leave our mouths.

Is it beneficial?
Will it bring peace or harm?

Not every situation requires your opinion.
