*DISADVANTAGES OF ATTENDING FREE TRAINING .*

I know you couldn't achieve your goals and meet up with your expectations in year 2020 ,that would have turned to manifestation as an exceptional being.

And you have been thinking what did I missed out?

I have come to realize that there are some set of folks in ALL the free trainings I have attended.

And here is one thing they all have in common...

I don't see them in any of the paid trainings.

If you connect with them, they will haggle with the price of whatever you sell and ask you to sell it for free even if you sell Lamborghini.

*Mandate to Maximize Your Time In the Year 2021*

I know you may be curious because of my headline.

Nevertheless I will like you to spare me few minute of your time to read what am about to share with you,that will make year 2021 a smooth drive for you.

I know you have goals, you have aspirations , you are determine to give all it takes to excel in 2021.

As you know that time is life and life is time,things get better or destroy with time. Time is one of the best healing agent.

According to pareto principles which explained that the outcome of our lives is a function of 20% input of our daily engagement that result in 80% output . It's not the hours or days you put in that make you effective and productive; it's what you put in the hours and days.

Putting second things first is one of the key reasons why most people could not reach their goals in 2020. Time management is not about getting all your task done but is doing the right thing at the appropriate time.

Time management is using your priorities to great things not the good things. It is ability to be flexible with your priorities

"You're never likely to get all of your work done because in a growing organisation there is always an infinite amount of work to do. Thus focus on getting the right things done first and stop doing the wrong things well and often .

In setting your goals, priorities, target in the year 2021 is function of FOCUS, which emanate from your time management and proper implementation process.

To really maximize your time in 2021, you need to understand the mandates.
1. Discover your Zone and Stay Focus

To maximize your potential in 2021, you need to discover your ZONE, which is the area you own responsibilities and have capability. It is the area or areas where you can use your strength, talent and as a result, you accomplish the most in the least amount of time.

For instance ,you have great skills . When you are motivating, training and mentoring people, you're in your zone .

The best way to maximize the zone is stay focus ,not doing unnecessary things that weird you out and makes you unproductive .

Stay focus in your lane and improve with intentionality.

2. Give Up to Go Up
The second way to become productive in 2021, is to decide what you must give up in order to go up. In order words now that you've identified and committed to your priorities,what must you stop doing to ensure that you complete them each day?

You must decide what you are ready to let go that will make you productive in your daily engagement in 2021.

"Adding task to your " to do" is not the key to becoming more effective. First, you must begin a "stop doing "list. You must decide what you will give up to that you can go up.

3. Discover the Product intention for Your Life.
To become more productive in 2021, consult the producer of time.

Many become unproductive in 2020,dabble,dart or drift with no sense of direction because from one whim to the next, trusting their gut more than the originator of time(God).

To really manage and maximize your day and spend much less time in achieving your task you need to consult God.

You won't determine God's will for your life by sending up a " flare prayer" when you need Him to bail you out of a mess your own will has gotten you into. To discover His will you must first lose your own.

To discover the originator of time will, you must be discerning for his will which makes it easier to understand his providential and moral will for your life.

4. Pursue the Gifts You Have,Not the Gifts You Want
I can't sing; in fact I shouldn't! It is not my talent. Thus, it will would be a horrible misuse of time to invest my energies trying to improve my voice. Many things you enjoy doing may bring little to no value to you. What's essential is that you pursue the talents that you have and not those that you want.

But you can still learn such want later with time.

Being a good time steward means that you spend your time developing and using the gifts that God gave you-the abilities that will bring the greatest fulfillment to you personally and most significant return to your tribe.

Whenever you invest time in your gift zone,you accelerate results. This is because it is easier to build upon a foundation that is already established than to erect a foundation from scratch on the quicksand of mediocrity.
Walking within the frame of time,focus and implementation,makes 2021 a walk over.
