As a 9-5'er making extra income might be hard, I mean if you live in a place like Lagos, you canβt even call it 9-5.
You wake up as early as 4:30 so as to leave home by 6 am and get to work by 8am. If the devil wants to show you pepper πΆ, rain will fall and traffic will start...... You'll now spend more hours in traffic.
Get to work, if you a toxic environment you'll just be depressed, you are trying hard but oga will still look for something to insult you with.
Then it's time for you to go home, you leave by 5:30-6:00pm enter traffic on top. Squeeze yourself in the bus with other frustrated workers who just want to get home and rest.
You get home by 8 or 9pm and probably be expected to still cook for the family of you are wife.
How will you now make extra income? Which time do you have to spare? You salary Is not enough. But which time do you have to actively create another source of income?
But do you know this is all the more reason why you should create passive income to add to your salary?
Something you can give 3 to 6 months and it will pay you continuously for years
For example, creating one book, publishing it, and receiving royalties while yiu cross your legs at home or still go to work.
Your royalties accumulates and you are paid monthly from Amazon.
In dollars not naira, dollars.
Imagine you earning 50k as salary and $200-$1000 dollars monthly from Amazon. How would you feel? Expecially with our ever increasing dollar rate?
Expecially when you've hard for it and it pays you real good.
