You want to transition into tech, but you keep doubting yourself…

❌ “I don’t have a tech background.”

❌ “What if recruiters reject me?”

I’ve been there myself—and I’ve coached many people through it.

One thing I discovered is that Problem-solving skill is your biggest edge.

When I first transitioned into Product Management, I didn’t win opportunities because I could write code.

I won them because I could look at a situation, ask the right questions, and break problems into easy-to-understand steps.

That’s what employers pay for. That’s why people without tech backgrounds are thriving in PM roles today.

💡 Here’s one practical tip you can start applying right now:

Instead of saying “I don’t have experience in tech,” reframe it.

Ask yourself: “What problems have I solved in my current role that show I can think critically, prioritize, and deliver results?

Write 2–3 examples down today.

Those examples are the bridge to your first tech role.
