Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate more than achievements.
We celebrate the power of women who lift others as they rise.

Because real growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when women share knowledge, open doors, mentor others, and create opportunities for the next woman coming up.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women building, leading, nurturing, innovating, and opening doors for others every single day.

Registering your company with the NIPC offers more than just a certificate; it offers a guarantee against expropriation and allows for the unconditional repatriation of profits.

For large-scale investors, it’s also the gateway to "Pioneer Status Incentives" (tax holidays) and the ultimate layer of protection for your capital.

Who owns the work created in your office? You or your staff?

Copyright ownership is not always automatic.
Generally, copyright ownership is vested in the author or creator of the work. This can get tricky in a corporate setting.

If the work is created;
👉 By an employee
✍️ Under a contract
👉 For a third party

Then ownership depends on the contractual agreement terms.
Without clear agreements, disputes are almost guaranteed.

Clarity on ownership protects both businesses and collaborators when it comes to intellectual property ownership.

By 2050, 1 in 4 people on Earth will be African.
The median age is 19. While the rest of the world worries about a shrinking workforce, we are worried about job creation.

This is the biggest engine of consumption the world has ever seen. It’s messy right now, yes. But the long game is undeniable.

Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

We've seen dozens of founders land in Africa with a pitch deck that worked in San Francisco.
They burn through funding in 18 months. Why? Because they tried to "disrupt" an informal sector they didn't respect.

The "chaos" of the African open market isn't a bug; it's a feature.

It’s efficient in ways an app can’t replicate yet. Don’t come here to save the market.
Come here to learn from it.

What’s a "Western" business norm you had to unlearn to survive in this market?
