In December 2020, I picked my writing self after I left it dormant for years.
I took my first paid online course worth eight thousand five hundred by Okoye Ijeoma Dicta.
In the duration of the course, I was very glad I took the course. But in the beginning, it was not so because after I purchased the course I felt I shouldn't have done that, because I did have much money on me then.
The training was value-loaded and I learned a lot from the training.
I was motivated to implement all that I learned from the training.
Sometimes it is when the initial motivation wears off that your conviction will be truly seen
I mapped out the strategies of implementation and the pattern of operation.
I thought on it, I kept on strategizing and planning that days turn to weeks and weeks to months and boom 2021 was over and I didn't do a single thing.
I know what happened to me, it was analysis paralysis I so thought about starting that it got me overwhelmed and left me in a state of procrastination.
Because I let procrastination had its toll on me, the "what if and what will people say" syndrome became the other of the day.
But it got to a point and I knew if I must start it is now or never and with the help of amazing relationships I told the bold step!
Today EstherUdorji Academy officially started, it's an Academy where soft skills are developed to keep you ahead in your career and life generally.
