2026 has stretched me in ways I never imagined, and the growth has been massive. Every day, I find myself exposed to opportunities that I once only dreamed about. Looking back, I believe one of the most important decisions anyone can make is to identify their purpose and define how they want to live their life.

Opportunities keep unfolding, but I have also come to realize that preparation plays a huge role. When purpose meets preparation, doors begin to open in unexpected ways.

My advice to anyone who wants to live a purposeful life is simple: identify yourself, know what you truly want, and work towards it intentionally. Don't wait for validation from people before taking action. We are all on different journeys, moving at different speeds, and living our lives according to different assignments.

Stay focused. Stay intentional. Keep growing. Your opportunity may be closer than you think.

This morning, while reviewing my TikTok ad campaigns and analyzing performance across different ad accounts, I realized just how much I have invested in the platform. Looking back, those investments have consistently delivered the exact results I was aiming for better visibility, quality leads, and improved conversions.

Compared to some of the challenges we've experienced with high advertising costs and low conversion rates on other platforms, TikTok Ads has proven to be a game-changer for many campaigns. Of course, success doesn't happen by chance. Every platform has its requirements, learning curve, and best practices that must be followed to achieve the desired results.

I remember my university days, which were a major part of my growth journey. At that stage of my life, all I needed was access to the right information information that could open doors to opportunities, expand my thinking, and help me become a better version of myself. Looking back now, I realize that many people are not limited by a lack of potential but by a lack of the right information at the right time.

Information is powerful. It has the ability to transform lives, shape decisions, create opportunities, and sustain growth. This is why I am passionate about sharing knowledge and connecting people to opportunities. Never underestimate the value of information that inspires growth, builds capacity, and changes lives. One piece of valuable information can alter the course of your future forever.

Yesterday was another opportunity to monitor a training session at ICT Polytechnic, Ewekoro-Itori, as part of the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) support team for Jobberman Nigeria in Ogun State.

As always, monitoring a training on the field comes with a great deal of responsibility, from observing participant engagement to providing accurate feedback that helps improve future interventions. The training was successful, but beyond the success of the day, it reminded me of an important concern that affects us all the security of our students and educational institutions across Nigeria.

As an M&E personnel, I understand the depth of planning, resources, investment, and commitment that organizations such as Jobberman Nigeria and the Mastercard Foundation dedicate to empowering young people through these trainings. We cannot afford to watch these investments, dreams, and opportunities threatened by insecurity. It is therefore important for the government and all relevant stakeholders to act swiftly and decisively in addressing the security challenges facing our nation. Every student deserves to learn in a safe environment, and every young person deserves a future that is secure, promising, and full of opportunities. The safety of our schools is not just an educational issue it is a national priority.

Embrace responsibility and don’t run away from it. Growth begins the moment you stop making excuses and start taking ownership of your actions, decisions, and assignments. Responsibility may look difficult at first, but it is one of the major things that builds discipline, trust, leadership, and maturity in life. People who learn to stand for something and stay committed to it will always grow beyond limits.

Running away from responsibility delays progress and weakens potential. Every great leader today became great because they were willing to carry burdens, solve problems, and stay accountable even when things were not easy. Learn to embrace responsibility with confidence because it is preparing you for greater opportunities ahead.
