Henry Ford once shocked the world with a simple idea: pay people more than anyone else, and they will build better cars.
But one day, a journalist walked through his factory and saw something that made no sense.
Amid the roar of machines and the rush of workers, there was one quiet room.
Inside sat a man.

Silence.
The journalist had no more questions.
