AS A MAN, YOU NEED TO KNOW...

1. Everyone has a voice, but money turns up the volume. Work hard. Own assets in your name. Build wealth.

2. By 35+, your circle should discuss business, investing, fitness, escaping the 9-to-5, self-development, and financial freedom.

3. Life is a ruthless battle. Sweat early, bleed less. The world is cruel, brutal, nasty, and short.

4. Conquer your lust. That's a golden handshake with your future.

5. Few truly care about you. Society will leave you to rot. Most friends will vanish when your chaos exceeds their comfort.

6. Hard times pass. It's darkest before dawn. Stay cool. Keep your optimism. Don't loosen your grip.

7. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Patience isn't just waiting — it's how you act while waiting. Be consistent. Be persistent. Late nights and early mornings pay off.

8. Nobody cares. Nobody owes you. Most will envy your success and abandon you in failure.

9. Don't chase s*x, food, or entertainment. They'll enslave you, then leave you miserable and depressed.

10. "Happiness" and "fun" are often fem-centric constructs. They don't live in a man's dictionary. Chase meaningful purpose instead.

11. If you see a man talking to himself and gesturing, don't interfere. He's aligning mission with vision, organizing wisdom to build his kingdom, chiseling mindset to improve his skillet, tuning his soul to his goal.

12. Gambling is addictive and destructive. Refuse to be a slave.

13. Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times

14. If you impregnate a woman, take responsibility. You knew the consequences of raw s*x. No excuses. Not ready? Use a condom.

15. The world will ask who you are. If you don't know, the world will tell you.

16. If you sit at a high table with access to opportunities, help capable people who lack access. We're all fighting the same rough, frustrating battle. Be a pillar, not an obstacle.

17. Nobody cares about your pitfalls. The road to greatness is long, windy, and rough.

18. People will let you down. Accept these maxims. Turn your mind into a ruthless weapon.

19. Protect yourself. No one is coming to save you. It's on you.

20. Time is non-refundable. Use it with intention.

21. Have a vision. Starve distractions. Feed your focus. Set goals. Read every day.

The money in your pocket or bank account right now does not belong to you.

It belongs to the taxi driver who collects your money when you board a taxi.

It belongs to the barber who collects your money when you go to cut your hair.

It belongs to the hair stylist who collects your money when you go to make your hair.

It belongs to the internet service provider who collects your money when you make calls or browse the web.

The money you have right now belongs to someone else.

Dangote collects your money each time you use salt.

The aboki in your neighborhood collects your money each time you go to buy Indomie.

The food seller outside your office collects your money each time you go to eat lunch at work.

Your toothpaste brand collects your money each time you brush your teeth.

The market women collect your money each time you go to buy food stuff.

Your landlord collects your money each year you live in his house.

Everyone is busy collecting your money left, right and centre.

The question is, who’s money are you collecting?

Who is paying you?

It is important you answer this question.

Look, money does not sit in one place, money is always going round.

That’s why it’s called CURRENCY.

It keeps moving.

It is left for you to position yourself and collect your own share as it moves.

The only way you can collect your own share of the money that is going round is to sell something too.

Selling is how money comes in.

That is why it is called IN-come.

The only reason why someone who is not your friend and is related to you in any way will give you their money is when you’re able to solve a problem for them.

And you do that by selling them a product or a service that is providing a solution to their problems.

If you’re broke right now, it is because you’re not selling anything.

Here is what I recommend...

👉 Find a pressing problem that affects a lot of people.

👉 Create a solution for that problem like an eBook, or an Online Course. I recommend an eBook because it’s easier to create.

👉 Offer the solution to them and collect their money.

That business you admire so much, the one that inspires you didn’t start shining overnight.

Many of them have been around for over 10 years, showing up daily, staying consistent, and refusing to give up even when no one was watching.

The glory you see today is a harvest from seeds watered with patience, discipline, and time.

So, don’t rush your process. Keep watering your own dream. Keep nurturing your vision. Stay consistent, stay true, and your time of glory will surely come.

Certain business products don’t receive daily patronage—not because they’re undesirable, but simply due to how the business is structured. This is perfectly normal.

Some products or services naturally have clients who aren’t always readily available. They may need time to plan, save, or mobilize. In other cases, the service might be so easy to find anywhere that there’s virtually no competition—which can also reduce urgency.

However, people connect with your craft through word of mouth, referrals, past successful jobs, and the niche you’ve built for yourself over time as an authority in your skill or discipline. I’ve leveraged this quite effectively. I don’t tell people I’m a writer—they tell me what I do. Why? Because I’ve emotionally connected with them, almost subconsciously.

I’ve observed carefully that many cake vendors on this platform keep their pages private or locked. Others have no direct phone contact for customers who aren’t on Facebook. Many posted about their businesses a long time ago and now wonder why they aren’t getting steady engagement. If that’s you, you’re doing something wrong. A small shift in your business practice can revive patronage and endorsements.

A writer may not get daily clients due to their business model—but you, who deal in consumables and edibles, operate differently. You need to speak and write about your business daily, especially on this platform. Your product needs to be seen every day.

Wishing you a great business day and fruitful transactions ahead.

The 0.1% Rule: Why Your Voice Matters More Than You Think
______

We've all felt it—the hesitation to post because everyone else seems like a master creator. The polished feeds. The constant sharing. It's easy to assume there's no room for your voice.

That's an illusion.

Here's what the social media landscape actually looks like:

· 95% of users are lurkers. They only consume.
· 4.9% occasionally engage (a like, maybe).
· That leaves just 0.1% actively creating original content.

If you're on the sidelines, you're in the vast majority. But here's the thing: your unique perspective is needed. Your network isn't waiting for another perfect photo. They're waiting to hear from you.

You don't need to be a professional. You just need to start.

· One post. One hundred words. Once a week.
· Skip the fancy pictures and links. Just write. Share an idea, a lesson, an observation.
· Be an originator, not a conduit.

Even commenting thoughtfully on someone's post lifts you above the 95%. You have something to say—and people are waiting to hear it.

As Seth Godin wrote in Tribes:

"The secret of leadership is simple: Do what you believe in. Paint a picture of the future. Go there. People will follow."

But people can't follow a voice they never hear. The world is looking for leaders, and you're in a position to be one. Paint your picture of the future. Your perspective is unique.

Be the 0.1%.

I'm doing my best not to be like you.
I do this every day.
