Instagram has been suspending accounts left and right lately and it doesn’t seem to care whose account it is. Big pages. Small pages. Business accounts. Personal accounts. Accounts that have never posted anything remotely problematic. All getting caught in it.

Something you posted two years ago that was perfectly fine at the time can get flagged today because the rules around that type of content have shifted since then. We’ve seen it happen.
