I'm Chidera 'theglobalDera' Ugboaja, a Social Media Manager and Content Creator with a passion for authentic and faith-based living and helping others grow their online presence!

I have been struggling to find my purpose and identity. But through deepening my faith, I discovered direction and meaning that changed everything. I realized my passions for social media, content creation, and self-improvement weren't random - they were gifts I could use to inspire and empower others.

Day 3/30: My Consistency Challenge - Destiny Maximizing Secrets!

Yesterday, we explored the 5 important questions Apostle Joshua Selman shared on maximizing our destiny. Today, let's dive deeper into the first two questions:

1. WHO AM I: Identity Question
2. WHERE AM I FROM: Origin/Source Question

According to Apostle Joshua Selman, understanding our identity and origin is *crucial* to unlocking our purpose.

1. WHO AM I
When you know who you are, you don't need to waste time telling people who you are, because it'll show. We live in a world where achievements and possessions define our identity, but your identity is defined by:

- What you believe in yourself
- How you celebrate yourself
- Your unique virtues, character, and confidence that no one can take away

When you know who you are, you understand your place in the world and your role in God's plan.

2. WHERE AM I FROM
This is a question of origin. Normally, we'd mention our hometown or state, but that's not where we originated from. Our true origin is not about what we see or feel, but about our spiritual connection.

You are from ABOVE, and therefore, you are ABOVE ALL. So, when asked where you're from, you can say, "I am from ABOVE, through [your state or hometown, e.g., Anambra state]."

When you know where you're from, you understand that you're not a slave to anything human, because you're born of the Spirit.

The Consequences of Not Answering These Questions:

Apostle Joshua Selman warns that if we don't answer these questions personally, we'll be living a life of a "Common Circle."

The "Common Circle" represents the chain of life we're all living today:

- A child is born, fed, and educated/learns a trade.
- They grow up, get married, have kids, and repeat the cycle.
- They get old and die, and the cycle continues.

The "Common Circle" is a state where we're just going through the motions, without any sense of significance or impact.

Breaking Free from the "Common Circle":

To avoid living a "Common Circle" life, take these practical steps:

1. Take time to journal and reflect.
2. Answer the first two questions, exploring your identity and origin.
3. Pray and study the Bible, asking God for directions.
4. Optionally, seek guidance from mentors, coaches, or spiritual leaders.

By taking these steps, you'll be able to unlock your purpose and live a life of significance.

**Day 2/30: My Consistency Challenge!**

Last two weeks, I took time to reflect on my life. Thoughts about my purpose, identity, and future flashed through my mind chaotically. I asked myself, "Why am I here on earth? What is my purpose? Have I been working in God's alignment and plans for me?"

I realized I needed time to think, reflect, and learn. So, I decided to take action. The next day, I searched for "how to find my purpose" on YouTube. Two videos caught my attention:

1. "Understanding the purpose for your life" by MUNROE GLOBAL Channel
2. "Maximizing Destiny [identity, purpose & meaning]" by KOINONIA GLOBAL Channel

The second video resonated with me, as it was from Apostle Joshua Selman, one of my spiritual fathers. I also have Dr. Myles Munroe's book on purpose, but I have been lazy to read it.

As I listened to Apostle Joshua Selman's sermon, I was struck by its power and value. He paid homage to Late Dr. Myles Munroe, acknowledging the impact Dr. Myles had on his ministry and that The sermon was coined from Dr. Myles Munroe's teachings.

Apostle Joshua Selman shared 5 crucial questions we must answer to maximize our destiny:

1. WHO AM I
2. WHERE AM I FROM
3. WHY AM I HERE
4. WHAT CAN I DO
5. WHERE AM I GOING

In my next post, I'll dive deeper into the first two questions, explained by Apostle Joshua Selman's on these destiny-maximizing secrets. According to him, "All humans are expected to answer these questions; if not, they'll be living a life of a common circle..."

Day 1/30: My Consistency Challenge Begins!

👋Hey Trybestars 🌟!

As we dive into Q2 of 2025, starting from April. I reflected on my goals and plans specifically on my content creation goals for the year.

I had big plans to create content with value consistently, I told myself I was going to start content creation this year 2025, I procastinated before starting, finally started but I wasn't Consistent,a lot of things happened and I found myself struggling to stay on track. 🤦‍♀️

Despite all this, I'm determined to make progress and grow as a content creator and Now social media manager. That's why I'm excited to announce my 30-days Posting challenge!💃

📣 For the next 30 days, I'll be sharing valuable content, insights, and behind-the-scenes stories related to social media management, sales & Marketing, content creation, Faith, and personal growth.

My goals for this challenge are:

✅ Develop a consistent content creation habit
✅ Share valuable insights and expertise
✅ Engage with my audience and build a supportive community
✅Share Sneek-peeks of my life
✅ Enhance my personal brand and online presence
✅ Become not just a Certified Social media manager but an experienced one.

Through this challenge I hope to overcome "imposter syndrome" and the fears limiting my abilities and making me think that "people may not like my content", " my videos might not be right and quality", "I'm shy and I feel cringe", I hope to ditch all of that through this Consistency challenge.
