I used to think I needed everything figured out before I start…

But building FAJConnect has taught me something different.

You don’t grow by waiting.
You grow by showing up.

I didn’t start with a perfect plan.
I didn’t even have everything clear.

But I paid attention to something real—

People need trusted service providers.
And skilled people need visibility.

That alone was enough to start.

What has helped me grow so far?

• Showing up even when I feel unsure
• Starting before I feel “ready”
• Learning as I go
• Paying attention to real problems, not just ideas

And most importantly…
realizing that small steps actually build something big.

I’m still learning.
I’m still figuring things out.

But I’m building anyway.

almost gave up on FAJConnect
Not once… more than once.

There were moments I just sat and thought—
“What am I even doing?”
It didn’t feel like a real business.
It felt too simple.
Just connecting people?
Is that even something people take seriously?

Then everything started getting overwhelming…
•The content.
•The branding.
•Trying to get it right.
•Even the launch video I tried to create didn’t come out well.
And that really got to me.
I paused.

I started losing the excitement.
Part of me just wanted to leave it and move on to something “more serious.”

But the truth is…
I’ve seen how much people struggle to find the right service providers.
I’ve seen how skilled people struggle to get visibility.
And somehow, I’ve always been in the middle of that—helping both sides.

So I asked myself one question:
If this actually solves a real problem… why am
I running from it?
That question brought me back.
I may not have everything figured out yet…
but I’m not giving up on this.
I’m building FAJ CONNECT—one step at a time. ✨

Challenges Faced ☺️✨

One thing nobody tells you about starting something like this…
is how challenging it can get behind the scenes.

When I wanted to create my launch video,
I thought it was just about turning on the camera and talking.
But it wasn’t that simple.

From editing…
to sounding confident…
to actually looking confident…
and not just talking, but delivering value properly.

I recorded the video…
and it didn’t come out well.
It was frustrating.
It made me pause.
It made me question myself.

Then came branding—
trying to get the logo right, the direction, the feel…
I’m still working on it.

But I’ve realized something:

You don’t need everything to be perfect to keep going.
You just need to keep showing up.
So that’s what I’m doing.
Building FAJConnect
ONE STEP AT A TIME. ✨

How FAJConnect started…

It didn’t start as a business.
People just kept coming to me—
“Do you know a designer?”
“Can you help me find someone?”
“Help me to post this…”

Even my friends in tech had one problem:
* Getting clients.

And I noticed something
📌Skilled people lack Visibility.
and People who need their services don’t know
where to find them .

I was always in the middle—connecting both sides.
So I decided to build something around it.
Something intentional.
Something structured.
And That’s how FAJConnect was born ✨
