More Than Just Emails is 1 month today!! 🎉🥳
One month ago, MTJE launched with a simple goal:
to create structured learning, community and opportunities for email marketers in Africa.
In just 4 weeks:
→ We’ve welcomed 150+ email marketers into the community ready to learn and grow, leading to 14 workshops and live learning sessions successfully delivered.
→ And because More Than Just Emails is a community-first platform, we’ve back by recognizing and selecting 5 skilled, community members as peer facilitators, and creating leadership pathways for members themselves.
→ We’ve also supported the placement of 2 interns from our community into email marketing roles that facilitates their career development.
→ 45% of our members secured 3-months seats into our monthly “3-day Intensive Training”, beyond the free in-house trainings and interactive space sessions, showing a strong sign of trust in what we’re building.
→ To deepen industry exposure, we’ve confirmed 7 Nigerian and 6 international speakers for upcoming monthly trainings.
→ Due to a strong commitment to increase what email marketers in MTJE can access globally, we’ve explored collaborations with ESPs like Flodesk and Kit.
→ More excitingly, we’ve partnered with a special partner to launch our flagship email marketing networking event happening in Abuja.
