From Shaping Narratives to Helping Humans; Especially the Most Vulnerable: Why I Founded EFWI
For years, my world was defined by ROI, brand positioning, and market share. As a PR professional and advertising consultant, my mission was clear: Help people achieve their goals. I’ve always been obsessed with value - ensuring that every kobo and every minute my clients invested yielded a result they could be proud of. There is a specific kind of professional satisfaction that comes from seeing a brand find its voice and a business hit its targets.
But deep down, I realized that "value" isn't always measured in profit margins.
I realized that my greatest moments of joy didn't happen behind a spreadsheet or at a high-level board meeting. They happened in the quiet moments when I could extend a helping hand to someone in need. I discovered that putting a smile on a person's face: the kind of smile that comes from genuine relief and support offered; a reward that no corporate contract could match.
The Turning Point
I looked at the skills I had mastered in the digital marketing world; strategy, communication, and resource management and I asked myself: “What if I used these same tools to serve the most vulnerable among us?”
That question was the birth of Everlasting Fountain Welfare Initiative.
I realized that if I could help a brand reach millions, I could certainly help a homeless family find a shelter. If I could ensure a client got "value for money," I could ensure that every donation reached a person in desperate need with 100% efficiency.
My "Why"
Today, I wear two hats, but they share the same head and heart:
At Alta Media Solutions, I help professionals and brands get the value they deserve through strategic Newspaper advertisements, digital marketing and Outdoor Media.
At Everlasting Fountain Welfare Initiative, I help humanity by providing a fountain of hope for those who are mostly in need
Whether I am meditating, listening to music to unwind or planning the groundbreaking for our 500-capacity homeless shelter, my mission remains the same: to see people succeed and to leave them smiling. Making people happy; whether through a successful marketing campaign or offering a helping hand is what gives me joy. It’s what makes my moments.
