To talk today and die, or keep quiet and die tomorrow, is still the same thing. All die na die. The sooner you realize this, the better for you.

When you talk about the issue of insecurity in Nigeria and go straight to pointing out Fulanis as the only problem we have when it comes to security and peace, it will look as if you are promoting tribalism. Funny enough, whenever Fulanis are mentioned, some uneducated Hausas make it look as if they are also involved. But that is their business.

On a closer inspection, you will understand that from now until the next 20 years, I do not think Nigeria will be the same as it was 20 years ago. Maybe not in terms of development or technological advancement, but certainly in terms of peace and security. And when there is no peace in a country, how do you expect it to develop? Economically, it will be down. Even in terms of development, I don’t think much progress will be made.

This is because the same people, these same Fulanis that are the problem of Nigeria, are holding major key positions under the Federal Government. They occupy roles where, if they are not the ones behind all these things, just one command, one word, or one signed paper could change everything. You would not hear anything like bandits or terrorists again.

Take a look at Bello Matawalle, the Minister of State for Defence. He was allegedly accused of attempting to bribe a United States lawmaker to counter reports of Christian genocide in Nigeria.

What did the government do about it? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They simply swept it under the carpet. A Minister of State for Defence was accused, and nothing happened. Not in any other matter, but concerning security and the protection of lives. He was accused of trying to bribe someone to cover up the truth about security and defence.

Again, the former APC National Chairman, which is the ruling party's chairman, is also Fulani. Do you think he will allow any responsible person to emerge under the party? Never. I am talking about Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

How do you expect a Fulani man in that position to speak concerning the issue of Fulanis terrorizing Nigeria? Of course he will not, because they are all part of the problem.

Another Fulani man is the Chief of Naval Staff. I am talking about Idi Abbas. How do you expect them to speak openly when they are the problem of Nigeria? How do you expect them to say, "Go and attack these people," when they are the same people?

Another Fulani man occupying a major position is Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser.

The office of National Security Adviser is occupied by a Fulani man, the same Fulani that are terrorizing Nigeria. Security advice is coming from the problem of Nigeria when they are the ones who are supposed to solve the problem. How will a problem solve the problem when the problem itself is the problem?

How do you expect the security situation to improve when these people dominate almost every security and defence sector?

Funny enough, their relationship with the President is such that he cannot even talk openly. When he was asked about the issue of insecurity, he only spoke in tongues. Although it might sound meaningless, deep down there is a meaning in what he said. He was trying to tell you that Nigerians' lives have been replaced by those of cows, meaning a cow is worth more than the life of a Nigerian. Check his speech.

My appeal is simple.
Every life matters.

Represent us well. If you are not coming to serve the people, then step down. You were voted into office to serve and represent, not to choose which people deserve protection and which people deserve neglect.
I know that many people in power benefit whenever insecurity rises because security votes also rise.
But every life matters.

When I listen carefully to this Tinubu speech on insecurity, the more I listen, the deeper I understand, and the more I understand, the scarier I become.

He first started by saying, “The issue of insecurity, that is the love, the obedience of law.”
My question is, what law? Is there any law stating that Nigerians’ lives should not be protected from bandits or terrorists?
Or am I just overthinking?

Moving on, he went on to say, “There is nowhere in the holy teaching that says you should k!ll another human being.”
Is that why, when these bandits are apprehended, they are still reintegrated into society or the Nigerian Army?

He proceeded by saying, “This sacrifice we are talking about, even in the beginning of life, where we take this from.”

Are you trying to say this is a signed agreement? Has Nigeria been sold to bandits? Does it mean there is no power to stop this because it was inherited from a previous administration, signed and binding? Mr President, please explain, I am lost in thought.

He finally said, “A child was replaced with animal, and that’s what the value of life is all about.”

This is the most disturbing part. Are you saying Nigerian lives have been replaced with animals or cattle? Does it mean the life of a cow is worth more than that of a Nigerian citizen? Because you said, “that’s what the value of life is all about.”

I am lost in thought. Someone should tap me if am overthinking

Unwritten History

Would you believe me if I said Nigeria was created to save Britain money?

In 1912, Frederick Lugard had a problem. Northern and Southern Nigeria were separate protectorates, and the North was bleeding British taxpayers dry. For years, Britain had been losing money trying to control the vast Northern territories, while the South was generating substantial revenue.

Lugard's solution was ruthless but simple, merge them together. In his secret letters to London, he explained the strategy, “use Southern revenues to subsidize the cost of administering the North and force together societies with different cultures, religions, and political systems for economic convenience”.

On January 1, 1914, Lugard stood in Lagos and amalgamated Northern and Southern, officially creating Nigeria.. He knew exactly what he was doing, combining different peoples, religions, cultures, and political systems into one territory. Not for unity, not for progress, but for profit.

That single decision planted the seeds of many of the ethnic conflicts, religious tensions, and political crises Nigeria has faced ever since.

Nigeria's problems did not start after independence. They started with Britain's colonial blueprint in 1914.
Stay informed.

What is the role of cybersecurity and DSS in Nigeria?

At this point, I have to ask, what is the actual purpose of the NIN? Why do we enroll and register for it? These systems capture fingerprints, personal details, and other identifying information.

I always thought these databases were meant to help identify citizens and track individuals when necessary. If that is the case, why does it seem so difficult to track down kidnappers and other violent criminals?

Are these identification systems only meant for SIM card registration, banking services, and monitoring ordinary citizens?

Many kidnappers record videos of their victims, communicate through phones, and sometimes even go live or share content online. Yet, we are repeatedly told that they cannot be located. As how naa?

What is the role of cybersecurity and DSS? When it comes to alleged Yahoo boys, we see agencies such as the Nigeria Police Force, the EFCC, cybersecurity units, and anti-cultism squads actively pursuing them. It often seems as if every security agency has become an investigator of alleged Yahoo boys.

But when violent criminals openly operate and spread content online, there is often little or no action taken.

Over 40 schoolchildren and teachers have reportedly remained in the hands of kidnappers for some time, yet there appears to be little or no action from the relevant authorities including the Nigerian Army.

People are often threatened for speaking out, but what is the value of silence when the problem continues to grow? Whether you speak or remain silent, insecurity affects everyone.

. . .

Mr. President sir Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, if you cannot effectively address the insecurity facing Nigerians and provide the leadership the country needs, I think is better you consider stepping aside for someone who can. Thank you.

A painful truth for the Hausa community.

Whenever you talk about Fulani land grabbing campaigns and conquest mentality, or expansion, a lot of Hausa people will blindly rush to the comment section without thinking twice, because they make them believe in ..…. In fact let me open your eyes.

Would you believe me if I say the Fulani only used Islam to gain influence, power, and a shared identity with the Hausa in order to later deploy their conquest and expand their control with ease? Everybody knows that Usman dan Fodio was a man who liked controlling territories, raising wars, and deploying emirs.
Don't forget, a Hausa king is called a Sarki, while Fulani rulers are emirs.

During the early 19th century, Usman dan Fodio's jihadist movement expanded rapidly across northern Nigeria, conquering several Hausa states and establishing the Sokoto Caliphate. Till today, many of the Hausa states are being controlled by Fulani emirs. Many Hausa people do not even know their traditional kings. The younger generation mostly knows emirs.

They are being controlled by the Fulani because the Fulani used Islam to create a shared identity and make the Hausa believe they are actually one family. By doing this, they made the Hausa believe their control mean no harm. And then started deploying their plans, and blindly, many Hausa people have still not realized it.
Historical records show that states such as Gobir, Kano, Katsina, and Zaria came under the influence of the Sokoto Caliphate.

But When he tried to expand his territory into the Benue Valley, the people of Benue refused to be Islamized. That is why the control of the Sokoto Caliphate stopped in the north and could not fully reach the Middle Belt.

When it came to the Middle Belt, the Tiv, the Idoma, Gbagy's, Eggon, Mada, Jukun, Igala and other tribes resisted the Jihadist Conquest movement, they proved far more difficult to conquer. They maintained their independence and resisted external domination. Historical accounts and oral traditions tell of sustained resistance against attempts to expand the Caliphate's authority into the Middle Belt.

As a result, large parts of present day Benue, southern Plateau, and Igbo land remained outside the control of the Sokoto Caliphate. This resistance became an important part of the historical identity of many Middle Belt communities and states today.

So the real Hausa people I know and have heard of will never plan to conquer a land. If a Hausa person visits, they stay strictly for business, just like the Igbos. When they achieve what they want, they leave. The Hausa people will not intend to stay forever and claim indigene status in a particular state. If they do, the influence is from the Fulani, not the Hausa, check very well. A typical Hausa man knows where he is a visitor and where he is an indigene.

So, it would be of great advantage to the Hausa people if you leave religious sentiments aside and ask questions. Just ask why every act of violence in different parts of Africa is often linked to Fulanis. Ask why the Fulani are an ethnic group on their own, yet they keep merging themselves as Hausa/Fulani.

Many oral traditions and oral histories claim that the Fulani people are not originally Nigerian. Many of them are said to have come from other countries such as Chad, Niger, Burkina Faso, Mali etc, and others. But when you talk about this today, a lot of Hausa people will blindly attack you.

These are often the same people who refuse to go to school, and so they do not have the privilege of learning, researching, and comparing oral history with linguistic history. You, the Hausa people, it is high time you wake up and stop using religious sentiments to comment on public posts.

Identity is a strength when it comes to fighting for what is yours.

Stay protected, be wise, and stay on guard.
