In Bukayo Saka's worst season, he was selected ahead of Phil Foden and Cole Palmer to the 2026 World Cup. What does that tell you?

Few seasons ago,Phil Foden and Cole Palmer was compared to Bukayo Saka. Rival fans, Pundits, and haters praised those two players on how they are better than Bukayo Saka.

Now let's analyse this critically,

Phil Foden’s ultimate standout season was the 2023/24 campaign. He recorded his most prolific statistical output to date, scoring 19 goals and providing 8 assists. That was his best season in Man City jersey.

In that same 2023/24, Cole Palmer had his breakout season for Chelsea,which was his debut season at the club.

Following his transfer from Manchester City, he immediately established himself as Chelsea's talisman with staggering numbers:scoring 25 goals and providing 15 assists in all competitions.

In all that,I didn't see these two players excelling in other seasons.

Bukayo Saka has performed consistently for Arsenal for more than 4 seasons.

He won the England Men's player of the year award twice (2021/22) and (2022/23) seasons,which non of them ever did.

🔸The club moved into a pre-tax profit of £28.5m, swinging from a £1.4m loss in 2025.

🔸The wage bill rose to a new record of £378.2m, compared to £346.8m in 2025.
