Design is more than just aesthetic, it's about clear communication with your target audience.

So earlier today as I was viewing my IG stories, I came across a flyer design for a brand 'GROW FOUNDATION', an NGO dedicated to mentoring and empowering girls, especially teenagers.

The design was about a volunteering offer – I took a good look at the design, but it was not just giving the vibes, so I decided to redesign it to a better one.

After I was done, I sent it to them and they were so pleased with the redesigned version 😌

Key Improvements:

Clear communication: The previous design was not clear enough for viewers to see the writings, so I had to make This new version to have a clear writing so as to communicate the message effectively.

Consistency: I maintained consistency on this new design by using just one font family throughout the design ( Proxima Nova) apart from the logo font which I used - Rogbold- for.

Color palate: On the previous design, the colors were literally fighting with each other, so in this new design, I maintained balance in the colors.

The result: A sleek, eye-catching flyer that communicates effectively the brand's message across it's target audience 😇

Here's my entry for Week 02 Day 01 of the DWS challenge.
This week is all about Design Improvement

Here is a redesigned flyer of the actual flyer stated in the breif for a random real estate company.

I focused mainly on explaining the breif by pointing out the necessary details first. I applied some design principles

1. Emphasis: The 'FOR SALE' serves as a point of emphasis in this design as it grabs the first attention of a passerby.
2. Hierarchy
3. Negative Space

The colors used served a great purpose in aiding emphasis in this design. The main aim of this design is to promote the fact that the house is on sale and I did justice to that.

I am thrilled to unveil my stunning new flyer design, expertly crafted to showcase the luxury and sophistication of Luxe Haven Realty. This beautifully designed flyer is the perfect representation of the brand's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Design Elements:

- Font: The flyer features a unique combination of two elegant fonts: Fractul and Sora. Fractul's modern and sleek lines perfectly complement Sora's sophisticated and refined texture, creating a visually appealing contrast that draws the viewer's attention.
- Color Scheme: The dominant color scheme is a bold and vibrant red gradient, which not only grabs attention but also evokes feelings of energy, passion, and luxury. The gradient effect adds depth and dimension to the design, making it truly eye-catching.

A social media flyer for 'CareEase'

Brand overview:

CareEase is dedicated to improving the lives of busy individuals and families by delivering exceptional home care services.
From home cleaning and laundry to personal errands. They handle the tasks that keep your life running smoothly.

I used midnight blue and white which conveys professionalism, trust, cleanliness, and purity.

I maintained consistency in the design by using one font throughout the which was Raleway family.

The background image of a happy family was added to showcase that a clean home is indeed a happy home.

My Experience so far in the design challenge..

I've really learnt and experienced some thing's so far, hopefully before the end of the challenge I'll have Alot to say 😌
