Your personal brand is speaking before you even open your mouth…🥰🥰🥰🥰
“One thing I’ve learned recently is that people already form an opinion about you before you even introduce yourself.

The way you dress, the way you post online, how you communicate, your consistency… all of it is part of your personal brand.👌👌👌👌👌

As someone studying PR and also working in the creative space, I started realizing that branding isn’t only for companies it’s for individuals too.👍👍👍👍

There are opportunities you attract simply because of how people perceive you online and offline.

That’s why I’ve become more intentional about what I post, how I communicate, and the kind of energy my page gives. Because whether we realize it or not… our personal brand is always speaking for us.”

“So if someone visited your page today… what would your personal brand say about you?” 👀

prepared. I practiced. I showed up.

But the moment I stood in front of the panel… my confidence dropped.

My voice? Shaky.
My mind? Racing.
My thoughts? Suddenly scattered.

And for a second, I told myself: “Maybe I didn’t prepare enough.”
But here’s the truth most people don’t say:
Preparation is not the same as performance.
You can know your material and still feel nervous.
You can rehearse perfectly and still fumble under pressure.

That doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
It means you’re human.
As a PR professional, I’ve learned this:
Communication is not just about knowledge it’s about managing presence under pressure.

So instead of asking,
“Did I prepare well enough?”

Ask:
“Did I manage my nerves well enough?”

Because that’s the real game.

Tonight, I’m reminding myself (and you):
✨ You are more prepared than your anxiety is making you feel
✨ Your voice deserves to be heard even if it shakes
✨ Confidence is built in moments like this, not before them
We don’t stop showing up.
We get better at owning the room.

Today, I’m not just celebrating milestones… I’m celebrating the woman behind the brand.

The late nights, the ideas, the growth, the consistency I pray it all pays off someday

This is your reminder that your story matters, your voice is powerful, and your brand is worth building.

Cheers to growth and impact 🥂

Lately, I’ve been building, learning, and paying closer attention to how brands communicate…

And one thing is clear I’m ready to take the next step.

I’m currently open to opportunities in Public Relations, Communications, and Social Media where I can:
• Learn on the job
• Contribute meaningfully
• Grow within a team

As someone still early in my career, I may not have all the answers yet but I bring curiosity, creativity, and a strong willingness to figure things out.

From analyzing brand communication to creating content and managing social media, I’ve been intentionally developing myself to become better every day.

If you know of any opportunities or can point me in the right direction, I’d truly appreciate it.

Let’s connect 🤍

🌿✨ Happy Easter from PR with Irene

Easter is a reminder of renewal, hope, and new beginnings and honestly, that’s something I’m embracing in my PR journey too.

As I continue learning and growing in Public Relations, I’m realizing that every brand also has the opportunity to start fresh, rebuild trust, and connect more meaningfully with its audience.

PR isn’t just about communication it’s about:
✔ Restoring perception
✔ Building trust
✔ Creating lasting connections

This season reminds me that growth is a process… and every step forward counts.

Still learning, still growing but showing up consistently.

Happy Easter to you and yours 🤍

On a day like Good Friday, I’m reminded that communication isn’t just about speaking it’s about meaning, sacrifice, and impact.

At the heart of PR is connection.
And today reflects the deepest form of it love, sacrifice, and a message that continues to resonate across generations.

As I grow in my journey as a PR practitioner, I’m learning that the most powerful messages are not always the loudest… but the ones that carry truth, purpose, and emotion.

Wishing everyone a reflective and meaningful Good Friday 🤍

I recently came across a fashion brand on Instagram that had everything going for it……beautiful designs,🥰🥰consistent posting👌👌, and a clean aesthetic👌👌👌.

At first glance, it looked like they were doing everything right.

But the more I scrolled, the more I noticed something missing…

🔹 What they did:
They consistently posted product photos and promotional content. The visuals were attractive and well put together.

🔹 What worked:
Their page looked good. You could immediately tell what they sell, and the brand felt visually consistent.

🔹 What could be better:
It felt like I was just seeing the brand, not connecting with it.

There was little storytelling.
No real engagement with the audience.
No personality behind the posts.

And it made me think…

In PR, visibility alone isn’t enough.
If people don’t feel anything, they won’t remember you.

This is something I’m learning as I grow Good communication isn’t just about showing up, it’s about creating connection.

Have you ever come across a brand that looked good but didn’t feel engaging?

30/03/2026

One thing I’ve learned about PR is that it’s not just about visibility it’s about perception.

A brand can be seen everywhere and still be misunderstood.

What really matters is how people interpret your message, how they feel about your brand, and whether they trust you.

As I continue learning and exploring PR, I’m beginning to understand that every piece of communication posts, campaigns, responses contributes to how a brand is perceived.

It’s not just about “putting content out there,” it’s about being intentional with every message.

Still learning, still growing but becoming more aware of what truly makes communication effective.

What’s one thing PR has taught you?

27/03/2026

My PR journey didn’t start the way you think…

Sometimes, life doesn’t go as planned.
But every delay taught me something I needed.

If you’ve ever felt stuck after graduation… you’re not alone.
