NERD UPDATE
NERD Status showing โFailed'
If your NERD (Nigeria Education Repository and Databank) clearance or project verification failed, it usually means there is a mismatch in your records, an issue with your project file, or a login error.
To fix the issue quickly:
Check Your Dashboard: Log in on the NERD Enrolment Service Platform to view the specific reason for the failure or to check if your status is "Pending".
Review Uploaded Documents: Make sure your final-year project PDF, authorization letters, and personal information match exactly what is on your certificate or statement of result.
Verify Your Data: Errors in dates, spellings, or the project clearance page often result in failed verifications.
Correct any misspelled names or incorrect data on your dashboard.
Use an Accredited Center: If you cannot edit it yourself, visit a verified NERD agent (NDSC). They can properly resubmit your project and expedite the correction process.
Contact Support: If you keep receiving "invalid credentials" or the platform is unresponsive, send an email with your details to NERD Support
