One time I was in the midst of some elderly men, the conversation was centered on the mystery of sleeping and waking up.

They spoke in-depth on the Grace granted us to sleep and wake, the conversation ended with a statement that suggests that “Good Morning “ is a question in every language and dialect.

In Lokaà, we say Aploka-Aplokake-Yoploka-Yoplokake 🍀🌹💐🌸

Do you agree with this?
What is good morning in your language?

Before the invention of the new media, the traditional media helped greatly in disseminating information across boarders.

One of such were the town criers
Ejukwa 🪘🪘🌹
He goes round town informing the people about meetings and happenings that needs their attention.
Announces the arrival of an Obol or Chief.

We can see from this that the media has lived with us from time immemorial and has come to stay ❤️❤️

I remember vividly that hot afternoon, I had gathered my children as per “Mummy”, we had picked our ingredients from Ebgizum market to cook our normal.

Then we didn’t have P.oil, I went inside our house to take from my mother’s oil, unfortunately for me, I spilled the entire oil on the floor.

The beating I received that day, still lives rent free in my head🤧🤧

Kosisa 🤣🤣
What childhood memory of Kosisa do you have???
