A long explanation doesn’t help if it still doesn’t answer the question ❌
You can listen to someone explain something for 10 minutes, and still leave the conversation without understanding the point 🤷🏽♀️
Not because they didn’t say anything.
But because the message never truly landed.
That’s exactly what happens with a lot of content online.
Some business owners put so much effort into saying everything, that people struggle to hold on to the actual message.
√ Too many points.
√ Too many angles.
√ Too many unnecessary details.
Somewhere in the middle of all that effort, the connection gets lost ⛓️💥
People don’t connect with how much work went into the content ❌
They connect with
✓ What feels relevant
✓ What feels easy to understand
✓ What creates resonance.
This is why stronger messaging often sounds simpler, not louder.
So when creating content, ask yourself:
❓Can people quickly understand the point?
❓Does this solve one specific problem clearly?
❓Would someone remember the main message after scrolling away?
When your message lands properly, people don’t just consume your content.
They connect with it 🎯
P.S. What’s one thing you’ve noticed helps your message connect better with your audience online…
Simplifying it, using examples, storytelling, or something else?
I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
