HOW OFTEN DO YOU EMAIL YOUR LIST?

The relationship you build with your list will determine if you'll have a list of leads ready to buy your offers or not

Remember the attractive character in Russell Brunson's Dotcom Secrets?

Many are guilty of only emailing their list just when they have something to sell and so they make little to no sale

Imagine you open your inbox and found a friend you haven't heard from in years suddenly shows up in your DM and trying to sell you something

I'm very sure you would decline

That's how your leads responds to your pitch whenever you just showed up suddenly after a long time and try to sell them your new offer

It doesn't matter how long it is

Either 2 weeks or 2 months

The truth is that you're not the only one emailing them daily and there's probability that tons of your competitors are also mailing them

And so how do you stay on top of their mind?

There's a saying that says "out of sight is out of mind"

If you're out of sight of your leads, they'll quickly forget about you because they have other people emailing them daily

And that's why you must ensure you stay on top of mind of your leads

But how?

I've been in a different lists where the only email I received was access to the offer I signed up for and then everything is silent not until a few weeks before I receive another email with a pitch to their next offer

And by then it is either it's too late because I already bought from their competitor or I'm not interested because it isn't relevant

Which is why I recommend you have an email sequence that your leads will receive after they sign up for your offer

The sequence could end with series of pitch (soft or hard pitch) to the next offer in your value ladder

Your sequence could be as much as you want it and could last for weeks or months, depending on how you nurture your leads

You could also have daily emails broadcasted to them

This email could contain contents that makes you relatable and trustworthy and makes them believe in you

Another way is to add them to your daily newsletter where you constantly get to show up in their inbox with valuable and relatable contents to help them

The goal is to be on top of their mind, so that when next you have something to sell they'll be ready to buy and when next they're looking to buy you'll be on top of their mind

So back to my first question

How often do you email your list?

If you haven't been mailing them, you might be leaving money on the table for your competitors to grab

And now is the best time to start

And by the way

Do you know why many product launches flop?

I'll tell you

Imagine this scenario

Imagine you had a problem that causes a major pain either in your life or business and you decided you have to do something to stop that pain and in the process you stumbled upon the solution and got it solved.

After solving it, you discovered that there are lot's of other people suffering from the same problem you just solved and you thought of helping them solve the problem with the solution you discovered

You turned the solution into a product, find the people who are looking for the solution, bring them together (on your email list or Facebook groups and communities) and with excitement you launched it and expects them to jump into it right away

But crickets***

Nothing happened and you wonder why, despite the fact that they needed it

Mostly

• It isn't because they don't trust you

• It isn't because your offer isn't compelling

• And it's definitely not because they not qualified

This situation is very common and here's why

THEY'RE NOT AS EMOTIONALLY INVESTED AS YOU DO

You've probably heard of the popular saying that "people buy with emotions and justify with logic"

It's true

And this is a common reason why many product launches are a flop

If they're not emotionally invested, they won't buy what you're selling even if it's what they needed

Think of Ashley Grayson who made $1 million in the first 14 minutes of her product launch in 2022

What do you think was the secret behind it?

It's all because they were emotionally invested in getting the solution she offered

You need to make your audience know that you understand their pain and help them feel the pleasure that comes with freedom from that pain

This is what makes them emotionally invested

And how do you do this?

STORYTELLING

This is one of the elements I use in my conversion framework to increase conversion when building sales funnels for myself and my clients

Effective story telling can help you communicate and make them feel the emotion of what getting their desires feels like either it's moving away from a pain of moving towards pleasure

When you tell the story of

• How you struggled with the problem

• How you stumbled upon the solution and the freedom and happiness that you enjoyed because you solved the problem

You'll get them to be emotionally invested and getting your solution becomes an emotional decision

Another thing it does is

It makes you relatable and makes them trust you more because they see that you understand their situation and you can help them solve it with your solution.

And that's it

So when next you're building your sales funnel to launch your next offer, make sure you tell a story and watch them buy with emotion

And It might not even be your own story, it might be someone else's story, but sharing it will help you make a success with your product launch

Should you brand your sales funnels?

For most business owners, when it comes to building the funnels that sells your offers, branding is the least that comes to mind

Most business owners don't think branding their funnels can have any positive impact on their funnel conversion rates

And if you think that's right, here's what you don't know

Value perception is a very important factor that determines if they'll convert or not

And branding helps you increase the value perception of your offer

If someone lands on a page in your funnel and it doesn't look like there's a sense of value in what you're selling with your funnel, you'll have a hard time converting leads to sales even if you have the best sales messaging

Branding plays an important role in your funnels, most especially if you're not yet a big name in your industry

And this is why you should ensure that you brand your sales funnels so as to increase how people perceive the value in your offer

What do you think is the one thing that could make people convert from their old ways to a new way?

In selling your offers most especially online with Sales Funnels, there are series of things that needs to be done in order to convert the traffic on your funnels into sales

• You need a compelling sales messaging

• You need to build trust with branding

• You need an Irresistible Offer

• You need to pre-frame yourself as authentic

• You need to show them that what you offer is capable of helping them get what they desired

• You need to demonstrate to them that you can help them with testimonials from other people

The list goes on and on

But it all boils down to one psychological thing

BELIEVE!

This is the only thing that can cause them to convert

Everything I've listed above and more which includes all of my 13Ps funnel conversion framework I used in building Funnels for myself and my clients

They're all geared towards making them believe in you, in themselves and in what you offer

Think of the things you've bought online, if you didn't believe it will serve you a purpose, would you have purchased it?

Of course not

Same thing happens in religion, politics and every other areas where people are sold on an idea, a doctrine or vision.

Even in arguments

And you need to apply this in your sales funnels

If you can get them to

• Believe in what you offer
• Believe in you and
• Believe in themselves that they can do well and achieve their desire with your offer

You'll be able to convert them into sales

So when next you're building your funnels, make sure that you're able to get them to havs these 3 beliefs and you'll be able to convert them into sales.
