Microsoft 365 is a subscription service, while regular Microsoft Office is a one-time purchase. This means that with Microsoft 365, you'll always have the latest version of the Office apps, as well as access to new features and updates as they're released. With regular Microsoft Office, you'll only get the latest version if you buy a new copy.
Microsoft 365 also includes cloud-based features, such as OneDrive storage and online collaboration tools. This means that you can access your Office files from anywhere, and you can collaborate with others in real time. Regular Microsoft Office does not include these cloud-based features.
In terms of pricing, Microsoft 365 is more expensive than regular Microsoft Office. However, if you need the latest features, updates, and cloud-based features, then Microsoft 365 is the better option.
