Unpopular opinion
If you're charging ₦30K-50K for social media management...
You're not underpricing.
You're under-delivering.
Here's what I mean:
Most "social media managers" offer:
- 12-15 posts per month
- Captions and hashtags
- Maybe some comments/replies
- Basic graphics
That's worth ₦30K-50K. Fair.
But what if you offered:
- Partnership brokering (₦200K+ revenue for client)
- Lead generation systems (30-50 qualified inquiries/month)
- Conversion optimization (turning followers into customers)
- Strategic consulting (business growth, not just posts)
Now you're worth ₦100K-300K/month.
THE DIFFERENCE?
You're not selling "social media management."
You're selling business growth that HAPPENS to include social media.
I just wrote a proposal that includes:
✅ Social media strategy (the baseline)
✅ Pharmaceutical partnership program (₦2M+ potential)
✅ Patient conversion systems (40% follower growth from existing customers)
✅ Reputation management (Google reviews, testimonials)
Price: ₦100K-110K/month
Why? Because the CLIENT could make ₦2M+ from my strategies.
My fee is 10% of the value I create.
Stop selling your time.
Start selling transformation.
The market will pay for RESULTS.
Not posts.
Social media managers, are you under-delivering or underpricing?
