The other day, we were talking over lunch about our teenage years. (Life hack: when you run out of topics, go with nostalgia). And that got us wondering – if Hybrid Digital was a high school, who would be who? 👀

✨ The social media team – The might-come-off-as-overstressed group, balancing creativity and engagement calculations, fuelled by coffee, panic and new ideas for the next post. They drink their pumpkin spice lattes while listening to the latest Taylor Swift album.

🎨 The designers – The artists, the hipsters, the guys who say stuff like ‘I was up all night working on my new project!’ They judge your music and general taste a little bit too much, but they never say it, because they’re cool.

🕺🏼 The performance team – The nerds. Sorry, guys, but we’ve all seen you staring at those Excel sheets with a little too much excitement in your eyes... Except when they headbang to heavy metal, then we are a bit afraid.

🖌️ The writers – The beautiful, popular cheerleaders everyone just adores. The group of people who can get into any topic of conversation, that’s their special power. Oh, and they’re also rich, and can do everything perfectly - that is why they are invited to all the parties.

To say that digital marketing is a fast-paced environment would be an understatement. 😅

Add in the AI revolution that's threatening to “replace all marketers” and the ongoing recession, and you see how easily your head starts spinning at the speed of light.

To slow it down, we like to go on short team activities ranging from horse riding to grabbing a coffee in our favourite coffee shop, having time dedicated to stress relief, and our HR is always there for us when we need a talk.

We can’t control the world around us, so we focus on what’s controllable - how supportive we are towards ourselves and our colleagues. 🤗

We believe that job titles don't limit a person's potential. 🌻

Content writers can be great at taking photos, and PPC assistants can write attention-grabbing social media copy.

The trick is that we like to nurture our curiosity, and often you'll see someone working on things that are out of their day-to-day.

Baby steps add up in the long run, and we all become much better professionals than we were a few months before.

To us, nothing screams “time flies” more than the fact that we’re officially 2 years old! 💥

In the past year, our team has expanded, and we have had the privilege of working with exciting clients from various industries. This experience has taught us to be adaptable, open to change, and continuously test new ideas.

Despite all the changes, some things remained constant - our unwavering support for each other in both professional and private life and the buzzing energy of our office.
