Taking good care of yourself helps you take good care of others.
📔 Give yourself a few minutes every morning to write down 2 or 3 things that will make your day great.
It could be so simple such as “listening to my favorite song” - and then DO IT. But don’t take it hard on yourself if you couldn’t do any of them. You do it for you.
🌻 Gratitude, think of at least one thing you are happy to have or experience in your life. Write it down if you want.

Stand up, breath deeply and smile. Stand how you will stand when you feel strong, when you feel like a superhero or a god/goddess.
You can also do this sitting down, but I encourage you to stand up if you are able to.
👑 Look good, feel good. There is no shame in looking good, treating yourself to nice clothes, doing your hair, getting a massage (you look better when you’re relaxed). Yes, even when you are just sitting home all day during the lockdown.
When you’re recharged, full of energy and love. Imagine how much you can give to others ❤️
