Taking good care of yourself helps you take good care of others.

📔 Give yourself a few minutes every morning to write down 2 or 3 things that will make your day great.

It could be so simple such as “listening to my favorite song” - and then DO IT. But don’t take it hard on yourself if you couldn’t do any of them. You do it for you.

🌻 Gratitude, think of at least one thing you are happy to have or experience in your life. Write it down if you want.

Stand up, breath deeply and smile. Stand how you will stand when you feel strong, when you feel like a superhero or a god/goddess.

You can also do this sitting down, but I encourage you to stand up if you are able to.

👑 Look good, feel good. There is no shame in looking good, treating yourself to nice clothes, doing your hair, getting a massage (you look better when you’re relaxed). Yes, even when you are just sitting home all day during the lockdown.

When you’re recharged, full of energy and love. Imagine how much you can give to others ❤️

As I’m walking , I feel the little pebbles on the path drilling through my skin. ⁣

My mind starts to wonder about how strong my feet are. They are always carrying my weight while I’m standing, walking and jumping around. ⁣

I start feeling washing over me, it’s amazing how strong our feet are. ⁣

Look at your feet, look what they dan handle all these years. Imagine the rest of yourself, your heart, your mind, 𝐲𝐨𝐮. Do you realize how strong you are?⁣

It used to be hard to spend time alone with my own thoughts. So I kept myself busy, doing things, getting lost in my work or doing chores in the house, just as long as I didn’t have to be alone with my thoughts and feelings. Can you relate to this?⁣

How did I stay calm and get out of my head? One of the things that works for me is to be in the nature, to walk and look around. And I mean really look around, focus on what I’m seeing, on the colour, the shape. Without judging it. ⁣
To inhale the cold air deeply into my lungs and exhale slowly. To listen to the sound of the wind, the leaves, the birds. ⁣
To feel the ground underneath my feet as I’m walking. And how the cool breeze touches the warmth of my cheeks.⁣
