Position: Business Development Officer

We’ve worked with leading national and international organizations, including UN agencies, INGOs, development partners, and private brands, delivering impactful design and communication outcomes.
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team and help expand our client portfolio while nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in both private and development sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and propose suitable creative solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, and quotations to potential clients.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth sectors to align business strategies.
• Manage the tender/bidding process, including reviewing ToRs, preparing technical and financial proposals, and submitting on time.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and reporting on business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the creative/advertising/design industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to write professional proposals and business correspondence in English and Nepali.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing, and design trends will be an added advantage.
