But, the good news is WR is being replaced with Hydro-X Blue, a water resistant hybrid photopolymer Emulsion. Hydro-X is compatible with Plastisol, water based and discharge inks.

Why go Triple?
Standard squeegees can flex under pressure, leading to blurred edges or heavy ink buildup. The Triple layer solves this with a “Sandwich” design:

Not the most exciting product we sell, but we are having great success with our Premium Blockout Tape.
(Code S330S48) this tape combines a premium clear vinyl backing with rubber adhesive, enabling the tape to remain on the screen for longer periods. It can
then be removed in one length, and will NOT leave any residue.
Using this tape this will reduce time in reclaiming screens, you will use less cleaning solvent, which will also add to the saving.
Some of our larger users have moved to regular automatic drops of Tape. It’s quite easy to lose track of a consumable item such as tape. Regular drops help to avoid out of stock situations and give you one less thing to worry about.
