Another big 6 months working with some great people!

First, my partner who had a dream, which I made into reality.
No one ever knows the hard work that goes into Start Ups, systems, set up and a 36 page website that I really enjoyed doing. It went live on Sunday and first order came in Monday morning and hasn't stopped.

Second, an awesome couple with their own business. I have been teaching the sales process with the husband which he's taken to like duck to water. Super proud and in 3 months they've gone from no idea to processes being put in place and a very healthy pipeline. Goal is for the wife to reduce hours/quit altogether in a year and last night I've brought it forward 6 months. Super proud

I'm pretty excited to be nearing the launch of a 6 month project that I've felt passionate about from the onset.

Health and Wellbeing in the workplace has come up in conversation many times when I'm working with clients. Most don't know their obligations and don't know where to turn if they need help with staff issues relating to mental health. Some examples were staff members not performing, conflict, troubles at home coming to work and the big one....stress. On occasion the problem ended up being the Owner (eeekkk....)

Very soon my client is launching a new business in Dunedin and are looking for a couple of businesses that would like to trial their offering at a reduced rate. PM me if you would like to find out more.
