Just finished a final training session with a client and I wanted to say - THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING PAPER CRANE DIGITAL 🙌🙌🙌

This client came to me wanting the “Social Media Optimisation” service. They already has basic know-how and have been posting fantastic visual content with great copy, but they needed help refining their processes and marketing messages.

Their goals were to maximise leads and effectively send potential clients down the wonderful non-linear funnel of social media.

We sat down for in-person training sessions to learn about the how, what, when and why of Social Media Marketing.

How often should I be posting? This is one of the most commonly asked questions during a sit down with a client.

Of course, there is so much more to a successful social media marketing strategy than just posting at the right frequency, however pressure to find that sweet spot of optimal posting is always there.

Unfortunately there is no cookie-cutter, one size fits all amount.

I have read numerous articles and blogs that throw numbers at you. 3-7 times a week! Every day! Every second day! And I call BS.

They way the Meta algorithm works is based on genuine engagement and consistency.

So with that in mind, the answer to the pesky question of how often should I post is - WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU.

The amount you post needs to be consistent. And consistent over a long period of time.

So, if you have the capability and the capacity to post every day. Do it!

If posting once a week fits better with your work/life schedule, that works too.

Just whatever you choose, it needs to be consistent. It's as simple as that.

So don't go in guns a-blazing and post every day to feed, and multiple stories if it is not something you can keep up with. Its best to start small, and build as your content creation and scheduling processes are ironed out.
