After all these years in New Zealand, I am still easily thrilled by many things. Today’s highlight is a delivery of fresh rock oysters from NZ Wild Oysters. 🦪 Shaun Fox showed me how to shuck an oyster. And I was so curious, that didn’t document the process. I am sure that there are lots of videos online with the same process. Now I need to learn how to do it at home.
